The nite time staff was excellent! Very helpful and friendly. Our ride was not scheduled to pick up till 2:00 pm and as long as they did not have a lot of booking we were allowed to stay in room till ride arrived. The cleaning lady herself was very professional. The head of cleaning services was extremely disrespectful. While I went downstairs to inform that I was just going to purchase another nite . The women was in front of front desk on the phone with her worker saying “ what do u mean a tattooed man answered room 523 he shouldn’t be in there . I can’t stand people who think they just can stay like that!” She was loud and I thought unprofessional. First off because others in lobby heard it all because she was loud and we’re looking at her . Which a conversation like this should have been PRIVATE. Also this was my room # she was talking about. So very embarrassing for me! I was already at front desk when she did this. So everyone in lobby heard me say my Room # which was the same she just complained about . The women stood next to the front desk with her hand on her hip obviously irritated. I informed the front desk that they said I could stay in room till 4pm if I had too. I was going to purchase another nite to enjoy another nite of vacation, but after being embarrassed. I decided not to . I felt very uneasy and didn’t like how unprofessional she was. I go to this hotel for the fact they are clean, quiet and before her professional. I am sorry to write this review , but would think u would like to be aware of one of your staffs behavior. Thank you

I stayed here for a graduation ceremony and found the hotel to be exceptionally clean- common areas and room. Bed was very comfortable The on site restaurant was very busy due to the UMaine graduation but the waitstaff were efficient and food delicious! The location was very convenient to highway and the civic center This time as my third time staying at this property and will not be my last!

Property was super clean. The room was amazingly clean and everything appeared new.

The staff could use some warming up. Very direct and cold. Get some synergy between the restaurant down stairs so the guest get some type of priority or at least get an opportunity to make a reservation. No ATM on site. So down to the gas station?

Everything was great as expected and I plan to stay there more in the future. I also like the attached Timber restaurant.

The only thing that I wish could change was the ending time of the morning breakfast. I missed the 9am close each day.

It was convenient to where we were going to visit in the area. We had intended to go to Timber, and were pleasantly surprised it was on the property.

Noise from other units were easily heard and disruptive. The sofa bed was uncomfortable.

We love everything about this property. Great location to the Cross Center and Hollywood Casino. The pool, hot tub and breakfast are great. Staff is super friendly. Having a fabulous restaurant on the property is awesome.

The pool was lovely and clean. The beds were comfortable

I really wish it was closer to the downtown and it seems expensive for being across the street from Fireside inn and suites. The pillows are way too small!

My room was my favorite part absolutely amazing in the clinging staff was so kind and friendly

The only thing that was a little annoying is my keycard got deactivated and I was told it was probably my fault, Which is fine but the key card that i left in the room was also deactivated and that didn't go anywhere i guess it really wasn't my fault maybe we should not Assume

Got charged for the restaurant down in the hotel for room service we didn't order of 82.00 we were the wrong room was charged

Loved everything. Super clean. Super friendly. Breakfast was amazing.

Not necessarily the place but when we went it was for our anniversary and we didn’t know they had also booked a kids birthday party as well so the pool was always occupied with lots of little kids.
