Everything perfect with a clean and very comfortable huge room and everything visitors need. Very good breakfast with a good choice of products and you even bake yourself delicious waffles. Very quiet and nice and helpful staff!

No complaints at all but just a remark about location: no problem at all to get to Brewer with a car, only a short drive from Bangor center and the airport. But getting there without a car may be very difficult, particularly at night because of poor public transport. A shuttle minibus picked us up at Bangor Grand Hotel in front of the Park and ride bus stop ( nothing there, no phone, no taxi after midnight).

Very cozy and decorative. Not a normal 'hotel' stay. Most of the stagg were very pleasant and helpful.

The vending machine in the building was empty and when I went to the main building the attendant said sorry...May have a couple things left in this machine. Mind you it was pouring rain and leaving a building that has two levels with one vending machine that kept saying sold out was not pleasant but the night attendants responses were what pushed it over for me. Not helpful at all.

I really enjoyed the room we had (a king suite that included a jacuzzi in the room).

The door lock to enter our room was near impossible to unlock with the key. I almost locked myself out multiple times. The remote to the TV did not work properly and needed new batteries and when we asked for new batteries they provided us with the wrong ones.

For a budget accommodation, it was so cute and well appointed! Beds were comfortable, breakfast was great (waffles and homemade blueberry and strawberry syrup!), and it was the perfect stopover for us. We stayed in the back building and did not have a pet friendly room.

The breakfast was awesome! Loved the waffles and the blueberry and strawberry toppings! Staff were excellent! Very helpful! Location was great…close to shopping areas, the Maine Savings Amphitheater where we attended a concert. Would definitely stay here again!!

The breakfast was the best of the three different hotels we stayed at during our trip. Liked the waffles and berry toppings.

Bathroom was tight. Toilet paper was on the wall behind the room door, made it awkward to reach since you have to swing the room door past you (while on the toilet) to reach the toilet paper.

Wonderful crew!!! This is my son's second concert in Bangor, and they shuttled us there and back. Family friendly in an under statement!! Feeling comfortable traveling with your child is such a great feeling 💓

Room was quite accessible,although they could use grab bars in the washroom shower enclosure and resurfacing the tub with non slip surface

This place was very nice, our room was very clean & comfortable. No complaints, it was overall a great place to stay. Would definitely go back & stay here again.
