I recently stayed at this hotel and couldn’t be happier. From the warm welcome and helpful local tips to the seamless check-in, the staff truly went above and beyond. The location was excellent. particularly appreciated the exceptional service from Caroline and the front desk staff, Salma. When I needed my dinner heated, Salma promptly arranged for a microwave in my room, which was incredibly helpful. Caroline went above and beyond just delivering the microwave, bringing me a kettle, extra herbal tea, and honey when she learned I liked something warm before bed. Her kindness truly made a difference, and her attentiveness was remarkable!

I messed up my reservation - I made it online and didn't realize that after some searching the site defaulted back to the current date. When we showed up at the hotel, we had no reservation (the one I actually made was over two weeks past)l Alberto (MOD?) and registration person were incredibly kind and helpful. They arranged a new reservation and a lovely room for us. They even managed to make me feel okay with making such a huge mistake!

The reservation system - I'm pretty comfortable with online bookings. This is the first time I've ever had a problem - once a date is entered into the search for a reservation, it should STAY, not default back to the current date.

The location was excellent. Very close to a T Line Green subway that we used often to go to Fenway and the Harbor area. Also within a short walking distance of great shopping areas nearby on Boylston and Newberry. The room was small, but the bed was comfortable and the AC worked great. Not much to look at from our 12th floor window as we were on the inside. Knew the room would be small since the hotels in the area are older buildings. We had the superior queen and had a refrigerator, two night tables, one chair. Not much room, but we were in and out all the time. The workout area is very nice, but it really is a separate business. You can get in with your room information, but there are people working out that are not from the hotel.

The room value is not great for the size of the room when you consider it was a "superior" queen room. The wicked rooms must be very small. The price for breakfast was way too expensive for what you get. There are several front clerks at check in, who were professional, but not all were as polite as you would expect from a nicer hotel. There is a 40 dollar a night room charge that we didn't know about. It is credited back, and you can use 15 dollars for food or other items, but it is something that is a little alarming.

I often use this hotel due to its location, my relatives live nearby. It is also close to the shopping area and the park. It is clean. The staff at the front desk is polite.

Very expensive for what you get. You need to add a large "resort fee" to the price you see on booking.com - But is it a resort? Definitely not! It is just a Hilton-owned basic hotel with a basic gym. Unfortunately hotels in Boston are usually overpriced (maybe due to many conferences?). At the check in they invited us to take advantage of their breakfast service for only $43 per person... there are great cafes nearby (with perfect espresso and outstanding pastries) so there is no reason to pay this price. Rooms are quite small. As it often happens in the US, make sure to bring cash to pay for tips to basically every person you interact with at the "resort". They will look at you waiting for the tip.

Everything about this hotel was amazing. We arrived early. Our hotel room was not ready so the front desk gave us an upgraded room. Very close to the T line and vert easy to get around the city. We enjoyed this hotel stay. It was very close to parks and great cafe spots. We would definitely visit again. I even left my glasses in the room after checkout. That got them back to me quickly through the mail. Service overall at the hotel was great. Staff was exceptional.

The only thing I didn't like was the size of the room but for the area and price it couldn't be beat.

The location was good for us, close to the I-90 W. Services were nice, good breakfast. Just prepare to spend money,, being located in the Theater District costs. Nearby Boston Commons, Boston Trolley Tour and restaurants. Take Ubers, saves on parking ($60/day), unless it's a short stay.

The carpets in the hallways need a refresh, the entrance way to the rooms is so worn down. Also, the bathroom had chipped paint around the door frame, the sink had a dime size chip and the shower shelf was hanging on by its screw. Also, the bathroom was small for 4 people.

When making a reservation, they accommodated every one of our requests. The front desk staff is great; JJ is the best! Love the gym and the location!

Booking through booking.com, there was lots of back and forth with the change to our reservation, unclear if I got my reservation fee back, and finally I did get the reservation fee, but would have appreciated if I didn't have to work so hard to get answers

The staff were fantastic, extremely attentive, from the moment we checked in, the room we upgraded to was quite spacious. We had dinner in the restaurant and found the price quite reasonable given the quality of the food which was excellent. The location was perfect to explore Boston, close to multiple train stations and in a central area which meant everything was easily accessible.

The mini fridge in our room wasn't working, someone came up and reset it however it never really seemed to work during our trip, as we weren't that focussed on it we didn't persist with having it fxed.

The staff at the hotel were very courteous and professional; the check in process was smooth. The lobby and bar atmosphere was stunning-great cocktails and food snacks. The front desk staff also helped out with sightseeing suggestions. Definitely recommend the hotel to travelers coming to Boston-super location to so many sights in the city and pubic transportation.

The only complaint I have is that the room was small; however the front desk did offer me an option to a larger room. The daily fee for a larger room was unfortunately not in my budget-aside from that it was a comfortable room.
