Keyless check in. No need to interact with front desk. Went straight to the room. The room was clean.

The comforter cover on the beds was very irritating. The raised design on the top was rough and uncomfortable to sleep with. This isn't within your control BUT the person in the adjacent room made so much noise we didn't sleep the first 6 hours of the night. It sounded like they were jumping on the bed then off onto the floor and running around the room stomping. We were exhausted in the morning having to leave at 6:30 to catch a flight.

Appreciated that we could get something to eat after flying all day. Room was clean and quiet.

Staff at front desk could act like they care. Friendly customer service goes a long way in getting high reviews. Maybe the girl at the front desk needs to find another job if she is that unhappy.

The hotel is very comfortable and les expensive than other hotels in the area

The hotel is a bit far from Boston and it is not the most convenient one to go if one wants to be close to the airport.

My grandson was taking his first trip to Florida to meet up with some friends. He is 20 yrs old. He had an early flight, and we live in RI. I decided to get as close to the airport as I could so we would not have a stress-filled morning fighting traffic. Even though it wasn't cheap, I rented a room as close to the airport as I could. The hotel was clean, our room was comfortable, and we were able to get a few hours' sleep before his flight.

I didn't like the fact that I was charged $30 for parking in the parking lot of the hotel that I was paying over $265 for a one night stay.

Comfortable hotel near the airport. The staff were amazing . Great guy on reception who helped us out with our rental car which we were having problems with and the guy on the bar deserves a pay rise , he was running the bar and serving food he never stopped .

Bar shut at 10pm . Shuttle bus was easy to get to the the station however not so coming back . We joined a que for return pick up which should be every half hour . The people directly in front of us had been waiting about 45mins however the ladies at the front had been waiting over two hours ! There’s nothing around the station area and it was heading towards dusk . We decided to walk which took about 30mins but it’s not a pleasant walk along side the busy highway.

Clean room and lobby & great front desk staff

on Monday at 9:15 am I went down for a hot breakfast. The staff had already closed the hot food: eggs, potatoes and bacon. The breakfast was supposed to be open until 10am. On Sunday this was not a issue, I think the staff was being lazy by not keeping the food available. The waffle station was open but there were 15 other guests in front of us and my schedule did not allow me to wait in line. Other guests were also very unhappy with the decision to stop the serving prior to the clearly posted 10am sign.- shame on the kitchen staff

The hotrl is conveniently located near the airport, free shuttle, essential stores nearby like Dollar Tree, Target, and Stop n Shop. Staff are always super friendly and very informative. There is also a monitor that keeps you updated with flight information.

Parking.....make the Please Help button more noticeable for those leaving the parking lot. I noticed during my stay that some were confused as to how to get out. They were looking for something to say "CALL BUTTON" as opposed to what it actually said.

Shuttle service was especially helpful to us! But while returning from airport to hotel, heard exchange between the front desk staff and the driver and we understood then that there is a break in the shuttle from 2am to 3am but otherwise it’s 24/7. We were so relieved we made that shuttle cuz we caught it at 1:45am (flight delayed!)

Front dest staff was very friendly but there was a fan blowing loudly at the front counter and we noticed while waiting at the counter that people calling in couldn’t understand the guy working at the counter and so they kept asking him to repeat what he was saying. But meanwhile the fan was blowing loudly right next to where he was talking on the phone. He was seemingly oblivious and bothered that he had to keep repeating himself.

When we called from Logan to the Hotel, we were told which door to go to (good), cross the street (good), then wait by the red signs (wrong). We could have waited inside the clear shelter (protected from the cold), but we were watching a lot of different vehicles pass by and we didn't want to miss the shuttle. Also, when we saw the shuttle loading everyone who had been waiting in the protected area ()near green signs), he was busy asking had we called and were we going to the correct Hampton Inn because there was one in Chelsea and one in Revere. I could give him the last four digits of the phone number, so it worked out. . . but was very confusing and we were the last on a crowded shuttle. Missed Bfast and arrived too late to order the takeout breakfast.

I took the shuttle to/from the airport from/to the hotel several times. Then I decided to walk to Beachmont station on the blueline because I like going to Target and the Dollar Tree. Also the traffic going to the airport is crazy and starts around 8am. You don't have to bring your own shampoo conditioner.

n/a. Can't say there was anything I didn't like actually. The rooms don't have microwaves but that wasn't a problem because there are micro fridges. Maybe the intersection at Lee Burbank Hwy going toward Beachmont. Have to be very careful here. The rooms don't need microwaves.
