Breakfast was simple but perfect for us! Location & shuttle to train station and airport was so convenient.

Only 1 lady at reception was super friendly. She was on duty when we checked in at 3am & she was on duty when we checked out. She was so kind & friendly!

We did not partake of the breakfast so unable to give any feedback. The location was good and there was ample parking available as we drove our own vehicle. Front desk staff was helpful and pleasant. Our stay was very short but I was pleased with the ins and outs of the location.

The smell when we entered the room. Seems the carpet is old and needed to either be changed or deep cleaned. The air conditioning was a bit of a problem for me as it was blowing too high but my daughter loved it. There was a mior issue with the key card to enter the room, we also saw another visitor with similar issue, but went down to the front desk and they advised. I think the rooms need to be upgraded as there were a few gaps noticeable with the bathroom door.

What we get, match the price of what we pay for. Even if the place looked quite dated a little bit, they still keep the place clean and have the essential you need for your stay.

Personally, it's just about the breakfast time for me. I'm a late sleeper, so I sometimes wake up after 10 a.m. Since breakfast ends at 11, it's easy for me to miss it. But like I said, that's just my personal situation—no need to change anything for me. Each hotel has its own standard breakfast hours, and I don’t expect that to change just for me.

facilities were old and hallways were needing vacuuming but once we got inside our room it was very clean, quiet, and very comfortable. I was impressed that the breakfast bar, which was hot, stayed open past 1030! the lobby was nice and updated, and the staff helped us a great deal with how to get around Boston. unfortunately we were not able to get their shuttle to the cruise port as it was booked for the times we needed to go. but we used Lyft and it was a little cheaper even than the shuttle.

The location is STELLAR! Located just shy of Boston, it's a short trip to most anything one wants to see, or do, in Boston. The staff is excellent and very knowledgeable regarding what there is to do in the Boston area and how best to get there. The rooms are excellent! The only improvement I'd suggest is to add a microwave in the room. Breakfast is great, with scrambled eggs, waffles and sausage; along with cereal, yogurt and various fruit juices. And, don't forget the Coffee! It's also all you can eat, and no one goes away hungry! It's been our most favorite hotel/motel to date.

Celina went above and beyond for me and my children , she made us feel welcome through our situation. She was very attentive and pushed to advocate for me when I felt I had no strength to do so. Her staff was very helpful and maintained a safe comfy environment for me and my children.

Although I could sense the attitudes , they were hidden as best as could possibly be and my situation was attended to in a timely manner.

Housekeeping is very attentive and friendly. Breakfast is always hot and delicious and the kitchen staff are right there to clean up any messes and keep the breakfast fully stocked. It's comfortable there.

That the shuttle only runs once every hour to go to the train station. It would be better for me on the half hour when I have to leave for work or if you could let them know in advance when you would like to go but they are catering to everyone there so you can't ask for more. Mostly all the drivers are very friendly and courteous.

Honestly, I loved the staff here. They were wonderful, super friendly and just wonderful individuals.

Well, I don’t know. I had some problems with my dog. I have a service dog and they tell me not to bring it in, but then they tell me to bring it in and then people were complaining about it so I really didn’t appreciate that because the woman kept coming up in Arguing with me and I didn’t feel it was appropriate .

The best was the customer service staff. Everyone was awesome, very helpful & friendly. They all made me & my friend feel welcome. The lobby vibes was nice. Room cleanliness. Very important access to a parking lot

The room key system sucked, the ice machine so dirty outside, I would not imagine how it looks inside, the rooms hallways smelled like urine as well as the stairs by the elevator & carpet looked so dirty. No microwave in the bedroom & the valet parking charge.

I had stayed at this location over 15 years ago. They have cleaned up and updated the hotel and it looks great. I think the acquisition by Wyndham has worked magic on the location and the staff.

The room I was assigned first when I turned on the bathroom sink. Water pour out from underneath. They did immediately assign us a new room, right next door so however inconvenient the incident was…they resolved expeditiously.
