Great breakfast - quite a variety. The location was not as close and we usual in St. Joseph, BUT a much better hotel than we usually get. Thank you Staff & Management. We ended up not needing the second room (illness) and it was easily handled - we appreciate that so much. We will stay there again!

We all liked everything about the stay. The room was larger than we normally get, again this was appreciated! The amenities were great. We were able to use the workout room. :)

I liked the friendly staff. The room was spacious. The location of the facility was around the corner from silver beach, which was the destination we wanted to go to. The breakfast that was provided each morning saved me and my husband money. Plus it was good. Thank you for that. We will come again.

We had to get the Manager to change the sheets in our room. There was nasty stains on both beds. (However, this didn't prevent us from staying. The workers changed the sheets and made us whole again.) The lighting in the bath room was flickering. But it was nothing to complain about, so we didn't, since we had just complained about the dirty sheets. All in all we plan to visit again in the near future. We thank you for changing the sheets for us in a timely manner.

Our room had a little area with a couch, chair and coffee table. This was great to sit at. We didn't have to lay in bed to eat or visit. Pool and hot tub/spa were really nice.

Road construction - as normal was bad. This is not the hotel's fault at all!

The room was comfortable and the location was close to the lake and downtown St. Joseph. It is close to the highway so I could do what I. needed to do as well as what I wanted to do. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I had trouble with the shower and ended up taking a bath so I couldn't wash my hair. I also noticed that the coffee pot is showing it's age and ready to die. Temperature was set to 60 degrees so almost froze until I let it warm up.

The staff was friendly, especially the young man who checked me in. My room was beautiful, spacious, and comfortable, except for a heating situation. Other than that, I was very happy with my stay and will stay there again.

Great location for what we needed. Breakfast was better than expected. Room was cleaned everyday & ample supply of towels provided.

Pool & hot tub were down for maintenance/repair. We ran out of regular coffee.

Breakfast needs some improvement. We actually went out for breakfast because there was no bread for toast, cereal was stale, and we did not even see any milk. Needs a little attention.

After driving a lot of hours it would have been nice to relax in the hot tub, but it did not work.

The room was very clean and comfortable.

The breakfast needs healthier choices - more whole grain breads, yogurt without so many additives, more fruit ((like a fruit salad). The scrambled eggs, offered both days, are rather flavorless and come out of a bag. Maybe a healthier waffle mix, with whole grains and less additives. Also, the pool was closed. The lights in Suites on the building were out.

Everything was great. Food was good and there was a variety.

I had to go ask for someone to clean the table. It was all sticky with syrup.
