Proximity to the beach. The view is really nice. The breakfast is well done. Parking is good. The beds are comfortable.

If you asked for a plunger, a towel (even though they gave us less than the amount of people we registered for the room) they made us come and get them from the front desk. We registered for 6 people and there were 3 towels. It was a room that slept 8, with 2 rooms. WE also needed another pillow and they made us come and get that as well, even though the room is not equipped with the correct amount.

Well located hotel. Large rooms, confortable bed. Hot tub and swimming pool is an nice free extra, with extended opening hours.

The weakpoint is the breakfast. Not a lot of choice (for example, most of the days, the only fruit available is an apple, maybe a banana if you are lucky), coffie is really bad (colored water, at best), .... The only good point is the pancake machine, funny and producing good fresh pancakes in 1 min.

Convenient location directly across the street from the lake! A quick drive to downtown, and also has a great restaurant with a fun friendly staff right on the same street corner. The king suite was absolutely massive and well equipped.

Parking was a little hectic, but that was mostly because of the huge band of tree-cutters and their trucks that were living there taking care of DTE’s overgrowth situation.

Stayed in a suite that faced the lake and had a balcony. Beautiful view. You have to tune out the busy street.

It seemed dated in areas. Bathroom tile cracked, edges by tub not finished, furniture in room dated and old. Balcony had lots of bugs and could have been cleaned.

This recently remodeled king suite with a balcony view of Lake Michigan was exactly what we wanted for our impromptu long weekend. The room was warm and spacious.

The weather was much colder than we had hoped, but we made the best of it. Lighting in the room was spars on couch end of the room adequate on the bed end.

Staff is very friendly. The room was very clean and the view of the Lake was priceless! Beautiful sunset. I also liked that they offer Dove products (shampoo, body wash, body lotion, conditioner).

They should upgrade the towels. They are old and rough. The breakfast was ok, i wish that they would serve other options of milk, such as almond milk, and more fruits.

Breakfast was amazing. The amount of space in the family suite was terrific. Whoever was working breakfast on March 29th, 2024 was positive, polite, direct, very cautious of the hit food and making sure everyone was good and safe. Very detailed oriented. Front desk staff was fantastic as well.

Our room was what we needed. The pool towels were constantly out.

The location and the view from our room were both amazing!

Housekeeping did not come in to clean our room once. The garbage cans were overflowing and there was a pile of dirty towels on the floor by the end of our trip.

Our room was very comfortable, the young man that checked us in was very kind. He had missed the request for a room away from the elevator, when we saw the room was right next to the elevator, we did not enter, but went back down to see if there were other room options. He was quick to apologize and took care of the situation with great kindness. The room was in great location for a light sleeper.

Breakfast area was a bit small.

Nice location, clean, friendly and very helpful staff!

The only negative was the price. We were coming in to town on a weekend where there was a lot going on. We ended up booking this room last minute because the first place we had booked was a dump and we left. We paid way too much but it was only because of our circumstances.
