The property was clean and the outside space was a perfect spot to spend time with friends after our long days of wedding ‘work’. It was no longer than a 12 minute drive to the beach and a treasure trove of breweries and wine tasting rooms. There’s also another hotel blocking highway noise so the quiet was a HUGE bonus. Our room was comfortable and perfect for what we needed it for.

The only problem we had was the $100 holding fee. I knew we’d get it back as we’re not ones to trash a room or order room service but it was extremely frusterating as we were already on a budget and having it sprung on us with no prior knowledge was unfair.

Excellent check in fast and efficient and she was very polite and helpful at the counter and the room was exceptionally nice

Not much that I didn't like just hate the whole incidental charge that gets charged to your card and the fact that the hotel wants the charge but then defaults it to your bank to get your $ bk when they are the one that charged you the extra $100

12 min drive to beaches or downtown St. Joes but we think the cost savings makes up for that. still convenient. Indoor pool is very small and room was way too hot and filled with fumes. we didn't intend to use anyways but checked it out. Need a TRX system in gym.

clean. decent sized room. we got a king suite. had a pull out sofa and a walk in shower. it was beautiful. and the bed was super comfy

the clerk who checked us in added on tax after booking had already added tax. I called him on it so hopefully those charges get taken off because it was an extra $40 in tax for no reason. the little shop they have there is ridiculously priced. $4 for a starburst roll and $9 for 4 aspirin. that’s not convenient at all and customers shouldn’t be priced gouged. a starburst packet at Walmart cost like 1.85!? $9 for aspirin. smh they also charge for breakfast or dinner. so it’s not complimentary. for the price of the room it should be. otherwise it was a pleasant experience

The hotel was within close distance to several restaurants, Walmart, and a couple gas stations. It was also very clean and the staff was really nice and there if we needed anything!

It didn’t hinder our stay but they are cashless.

This is a newer hotel, so everything was in excellent condition. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.

The bar was open, but the staff person on duty had no idea how to make a basic cocktail. I'm talking about a vodka tonic. No rocket science involved.

I loved the décor of my room. The settee was lovely looking but not great for sitting because the back was too recessed. The shower was different than I have experienced but very up-to-date.

Very nice except the pool seemed a little cloudy in the water, but it was not bad and dirty

The pool as we stayed at and they did not like the idea that I was limited on two towels, even though the staff really tried they didn’t have enough available, but they did the best they could

Staff was very helpful and pleasant with me. I was a little rushed and left my phone at the check in desk. They were calling me on the room phone as I walked in to let me know I left my phone at reception.

The room key stopped working before check out. I went to get ice last min before leaving for the cooler and was locked out of my room with the ice bucket.

Everything was great. We will be back! Hotel has a nice outside patio and Starbucks on site. Good gym.

Front desk does not accept cash for buying misc items from the pantry as bottle of water, detergent, snacks. They accept the charge on the credit card on the room.
