Showers were nice, good water pressure, lots of outlets, hooks and cubbies for your clothes. Mini fridge in room. Hairdryer in bathroom. We had plenty of towels. We were on the backside of the hotel so it was very quiet. Good location, close to the highway and the lake. We never had breakfast at the hotel but they had a very nice spread, lots to choose from.

Bed was a little soft for me, but that's a personal choice. Same with the pillows. The floors were a little crunchy but we were at the beach the whole time so we definitely added some sand to that. Pool is very small.

Exterior and Interior of the hotel are great. I never stayed at Tru by Hilton and was impressed. Room was very cozy. Beds and bathroom great! Loved the interior design of the furniture in the living room! Beautiful. Thanks for the recommendations on the bulletin board across from the elevators such as places to visit, good restaurants nearby etc.

Breakfast could have been better. Suggest just scrambled eggs. Had some type of Spanish scrambled egg dish. Also maybe one more choice such as biscuits and gravy. No Yogurt. Oatmeal could have been fresh.

The room size is bigger than most, great for kids to have room to play, move and for a back-n-play. Minimalistic design led to cleanliness. Great free 24 hour coffee and good tasting breakfast in comparison. Good location for local wine tasting and downtown St. Joe.

One person doing breakfast on a weekday not enough! Had to wait for coffee and eggs, wiping tables not done…but not her fault!!!! Get her some help! While room size was big, for two people, lacked the coziness you get from a typical size room (not enough to detour me from another stay) , thin walls and heard upstairs and hallway easily but I travel with earplugs.

Breakfast was great! Kiddos, my lady and I all loved the pancake machine! Location was close and convenient!

The fact you gotta pay for wifi is a bit overrated considering I have never stayed in a hotel that you have to pay seperate for wifi services. Honestly I feel the hotel should offer for free. Plus TV channels we're pretty basic when it comes to most other hotels I've stayed in previously.

The attendant at the desk was great. Very friendly and a nice personality. I’m not sure, but I think his name is Tom or something that started with a T?? More employees like that are needed. Shower was good. Beds comfortable. Close to things like restaurants, shopping etc. Price that weekend was decent maybe it goes up during the summer. Hotels are getting expensive!

I’m a health conscious person and use organic products so did not use body wash and hair products provided. Also, I noticed when filling the coffee/hot water area a plastic pitcher was used. Hot water and plastic are not good together. Stainless steel pitcher would be better. Most people are not aware of some things and would not care, but u asked. We were on the third floor and could hear people walking around above us, but maybe can’t be helped.

Loved how open and spacious the lobby/breakfast area was. Plus everything available to guests if they wanted to work out of their room. Loves the indoor pool and the patio in back. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They checked in everyday to make sure we had everything we needed.It made our stay one of the best we have had in a long time.

Wishes there was a table and chairs, or even a couch in there but the rooms were too small for any of that. That was the only downside The construction was a bummer but that’s not the property’s fault.

Freshly built or renovated building. Everything clean and shiny . The toiletries like shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and body lotion were high-quality and available in generous amounts.I would stay here again. And we really enjoyed the gym it had a lot of equipment to use.

Add possibility to pay for washer and cloth dryer with a card. The water in the pool was too cold so we would want it to be warmer but everything else was perfect👍.

I liked the simplicity of the rooms - they seem very easy to clean - no carpet, drapes, couches or drawers, etc. It made me feel like the room was spotless. The shower was excellent, bedding comfortable. Whole facility was clean, and the employees friendly and helpful. The coffee was delicious.

The only issue we had was with the outlet in the bathroom. But we told staff and they were attentive. If you're expecting a gourmet breakfast, you will be disappointed - but we enjoyed the simple offerings.

I liked the fact I could smell bleach on the bedding - nothing says clean like bleach. My sister(who is on crutches) loved the walk in shower. She struggles with the bathtub type showers. The decor was bright and fun. This was probably one of the nicest hotels we've stayed in. The price was just right too. My sister asked me to add- please think about locating a TRU in New Ulm, MN. She visits there often due to kids in college. The offerings there are horrible.

You are very close to the highway, so it is quite noisy - but that is really not a factor. I think cleanliness is next to godliness and you scored big there.

The breakfast was quite good. The pancake machine was novel, and the lady who was attending things was hustling because there were so many guests.

The lobby is starting to look a little worn--which is always a problem with modern look furnishings (with classic design the wear and tear makes things look "homey," with modern stuff, it just looks tired). The "squeeze it" soap in the bathroom was a little difficult to get the hang of; I either wound up with nothing, or a huge gob of soap--nothing in between.
