We had numerous rooms here for our son's wedding. We booked here because of them being suites with kitchens. We were pleasantly surprised how nice the rooms and kitchens are. Carts for luggage were super helpful. The tall showers were great . MY Husband is 6'5 and he was happy not to have to stoop over to shower

Pool was nice but a little cool for our littles. A Hot tub wold be a nice feature. I really have no complaints. My son was the floor beneath us and he had to deal with construction noise but that did not effect us

Front desk was friendly and worked on it, and found there was a room vacant that was clean and ready. Gave us an upgrade from what we booked to put us in it, but if she hadn't, we would not have had a room at all.

Booked on the Booking app, and on arrival found the hotel had been overbooked and they couldn't find our room available. We had to wait 45 minutes till after midnight for it to be resolved, which could have been moving to another hotel.

The kitchen area, being able to cook a full meal was awesz

That the pool was closed, the front desk clerk didn't warn the guests about the situation, offered to send us to a near by hotel with the accommodations of the pool area... would've been great telling guests when checking in

I loved the size of the room. I booked a junior suite to host a party of 9 girls for a slumber party. Thankfully the girls were quiet and respectful. But the quality of the room was great!! From the small fully loaded kitchen to the nice bathrooms with Dove products to the soft pillows and beds!! I had an exceptional night of rest and enjoyed my stay very much.

The door stoppers don’t seem to work as well. The door swung open to one of the room and put a hole in the wall. I did notice multiple patches in back of the doors for the same reason and I do believe they took my deposit because of it. That put a damper in my thoughts of the place only because $250 is a lot when it’s not truly your fault.

We prefer to stay in a suite if our stay is more than 3 days - this one was. We "shopped", but had never stayed at Sturbridge Suites before. It was beyond all expectations - excellent in every way.

Would love to have been able to stay longer than just the 4 days.

I left a bat in the room and I don't know why or how come I brought it in there or left it but I did and I need to get that back and no one contacted me to let me know

I guess because I left something in the room and they didn't contact me really bothers me

The rooms were large enough for us to not be on top of each other.

Breakfast was good, but there needed to be an additional staff person to help out. The staff was doing the best that she could but there were so many guest she couldn't keep up. Also only sugar free syrup was available.

Breakfast looked and smelled great, I just wanted to explore the local small-town restaurants, so I only had coffee and juice. The gym area was well stocked and well lit with a wall of windows. The pool didn't seem to have too much chlorine in it like a lot of indoor pools do.

The breakfast was very good. Loved the variety, boiled eggs, scramble eggs, bagels, oatmeal, waffles, toast,, yogurt, cranberry juice and apple juice. No Orange Juice! Please have Orange Juice.

Had to make my own bed. No Service. Had to go and get tissue, kleenex and towels. Had to walk to WalMart. No Transportation was available.

Excellent friendly customer service. Clean room and comfortable main areas.

So far pull out bed was awfully uncomfortable and towels could have been much better quality (thicker). Towels smelled musty.
