The staff was warm and friendly. The whirlpool bathtub was great, I really liked the suite. The swimming pool was wonderful, I had it all to myself. It was nice having a hot breakfast in the morning.

The carpets looked older and had stains. The walls needed paint or touch up. The bathtub drain didn't drain properly. There were no bath towels or washcloths when I arrived. I stayed 5 nights and housekeeping never checked to see if I needed anything, room was supposed to be cleaned the 3rd day but no one came.

Typical Country Inn and Suites. Easy access to and from I-94. Clean, room was comfortable and in good condition, friendly staff, usual breakfast offerings. Nothing memorable but then nothing to criticize. We’d be quite satisfied staying here again.

Feel breakfast was somewhat limited. Few selections. Scrambled eggs, no potato option. Waffles were good. Only 1 option for dry cereal. Apple juice offered, no orange juice. Linda was pleasant and kept everything lean and stoked.

Booked this hotel after along couple of weeks at work just for a reboot. Had a whirlpool suite. Will book here again. The staff was super awesome and friendly. Room was clean location was great. Thanks for the relaxing weekend.

Making sure towels are in rooms before people check in.

Fast check in and they were ready for us. We got in late and checked out very early.

The TV didn't work in room 213. The bfast at 7.30 was nice but it was odd to see the staff helping themselves to the food at the front...never experienced that before. Why is the cereal bowl SUPER SMALL with a very long handle spoon? There was no Swiss miss hot chocolate

We were not up early enough for the breakfast - but in room coffee was great! Room was clean and quiet. Lots of families there - both nights!

only negative was we could have used a fourth pillow - but bed was so comfy!

The location was. Convenient The staff was friendly

The room cleaning schedule should have been more frequent. Kleenex was nearly empty at check-in. The tub was not clean at checkin.

The room was spacious but being that I was recovering from a surgery on this trip the room was a long walk to breakfast and the car. Plus we could not find a luggage cart

It was clean and the pool was clean, we also love the patio smoking area

Our bed had half a frame so we kept tipping off the bed and the ceiling has horrible water damage also there was a tissue shoved in the fire extinguisher

The Whole Front Desk Saff is super great, always welcoming and nice and Michelle is the first one who helped us when we checked in and she is great and cannot forget Zack and all he has done for our stay Housekeeping and breakfast staff also great they do have a good staff from A to Z thanks for making our family feel welcome
