This is our third or fourth time staying, and they’ve renovated the rooms since we’ve been there last time. They look so updated and modern! Super nice! Hubby and I have always loved the location. We don’t have to use a vehicle to drive anywhere. We can literally walk anywhere we want to go. Our favorite place to go is Chocolate Cafe. But back to the hotel, the staff has always been so kind and friendly every stay as well! We love it there and will always come here!

We went in February where there was too much snow and too cold! Haha nothing else.

The hotel is currently being renovated top to bottom and I believe that we had a room that had already been updated. It was great! Bed was huge and very comfortable, bathroom was clean and a great side.

There were water repairs happening which meant that when the water came back on it was brown and didn’t feel safe to drink. The next morning, we also had very little hot water so only one of us could have a shower. I don’t think this is normal as the day before the shower was perfect. Breakfast was basic to say the least, but it was nice to have something included in the price.

After reading reviews, I literally tried to cancel my stay and book somewhere else. We ended up staying with Silver Beach because the other hotels that were walking distance to the beach were full... I am so happy we did. We didn't have to pay the ridiculous prices of the nearby resorts and had everything we needed. The location could not have been better and the rooms were clean. This surely isn't an outstanding 4 or 5 star hotel, but there is nothing wrong with it either.

Carpet was definitely worn and the balconies did not come with chairs. I'm sure that as they continue to renovate these things will improve...

The location was awesome!! It is right downtown so you can walk to all of the shops. The hotel was undergoing renovations and could use a few more updates. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. It's nothing fancy but the price and location make it well worth the stay and we would definitely stay again.

The hot water did not work in our room. We called the front desk and they told us it could take a little longer due to the renovations. However, we were unable to get it to work so they moved us to another room. The hot water worked great in the new room and we appreciated how quickly the staff worked with us to resolve the problem. One suggestion is to install some hooks or a closet bar to hang coats and your clothes.

Great location right downtown. Walkable to shops, restaurants and beach. Great value. Rooms were clean and comfortable beds. One of our rooms did have a bad smoke odor but the staff quickly relocated us to an acceptable room.

Rooms are dated but they were clean and comfortable. The hotel is currently being renovated and the staff commented that we were staying in some of the older rooms so next time we are back we will request a newer room, if available. But, overall the location makes up for any shortfalls in the rooms. Will stay again.

The location was perfect, and the staff was always friendly and helpful. The room was very clean.

We wished there would have been a microwave in the room, but we were able to run down to the lobby area and use one there. Also the Keurig coffee maker was not working. They did offer to switch it out, but we made other arrangements. It was not a big deal for either item.

I loved the balconies. The location was great! The staff was friendly. The elevators were almost always waiting and quick. Everything was clean. Loved the free parking. The price was reasonable.

The bed was quite hard and I slept very poorly. The coffee could be better. I am gluten free and lactose intolerant so I could only eat the banana and orange. They went quickly so I was glad I was early.

We loved the location! For a weekend getaway without the kiddos it was perfect! If you want a less crowded area at the beach take 5 mins and drive to the side where the lighthouse is. Parking is cheaper and there are restrooms. No food or drinks so bring a cooler but we felt like we had the whole area to ourselves. It was the better view as well!

The only negative thing to say is the building is aging and rooms could use a little update. But to be expected and still worth the cost for location.

The place is in an amazing location the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The area outside of the hotel is perfect so many great things in walking distance if the hotel.

There was not a bath tub in my room which made it a little difficult at bath time with my little one, but we made it work and that definitely would not prevent me from coming back

My room was grand, I had a sitting area and the bed was comfortable. I had a small balcony and a great view of the inlet water and beautiful sunsets I enjoyed very much

My Keurig didn't work properly and the replacement didn't work either.
