The breakfast was AMAZING. The room’s air conditioning was ICE COLD. It was a quick 15 minute drive to Warren Dunes taking the “back road” and literally only two turns, you couldn’t get lost if you tried. The subway around the corner is great too. My husband and son lived the pool. And again, the breakfast. So great for a continental! We will definitely be back soon! The staff was REALLY nice and friendly. Had a great conversation with the lady at the desk, and one of the maintenance guys who gave me some tips about more local spots to try Lake Michigan at!

There was nothing wrong and ever was great, I have no complaints!

The staff seemed a bit stressed due to computer issues upon arrival but they were so kind and helpful through out our weekend. In fact they continues to stock breakfast until the end advertized time which was amazing to not feel rushed first thing in the morning. Rooms were perfectly clean fridge was cold and bed was the right amount of soft. Close to warren dunes state park and like michigan was beautiful! Ever wanted to watch the sunset over the ocean because Friday night we did that!

Nothing we had extra towels and the ac worked well and the shower had decent pressure. We had a Great Time!

I had 2 separate stays at this hotel this week. Each room was comfortable and clean, and the welcome was warm. The breakfast the second time was good (the first time it was pathetic. So, inconsistent.)

The analog TV service is awful. Plus the remote didn't match the TV so I couldn't use all the functions.

The staff was friendly, had an issue with the bathroom on the last day of and they fixed it immediately . Breakfast was good . Hot tub a big PLUS 😁

The air conditioner didn't work well, could have been colder. And the TV was blurry and didn't work well.

The front desk clerk was extremely friendly.The bed was comfortable.Everything was clean.

The facility was a little dated but that doesn't necessarily mean that it was bad.. They did a good job with the facility that they had I was appreciative that they had space for me and that it was so easy to check-in.

The location is great, seems safe, near the interstate. The room has fresh towels, and clean sheets. I was satisfied. Some of the reviews were mixed on opinions, so I took the chance, glad we did! Traveling with our puppy, so limited where we could stay. Breakfast was pretty good, basic. But, you get what you pay for here maybe even a tad more! Sure, the decor is outdated somewhat, but who really cares? I prefer cleaninliness over decor. Hope this helps someone who relies on reviews like I do!

The person I checked in with was very accommodating. My husband and I were told we would be on the 2nd floor. I told him, good, I don't have to walk too far because I'm not able to. He asked if we'd like a room on the first floor and I said that would be great. I didn't have to walk as far as I thought which was very nice of him to do. So thank you for being compassionate.

Good value for money in this locality. No complaints. Good budget accommodation. If you just want a clean and comfortable bed to sleep in, an adequate sized room and a bathroom that provides hot water, but no luxuries, then this hotel will meet all your needs!

The breakfast had limited, but adequate, choice. No complaints about it though and it was more than enough to get you going in the morning for the rest of the day.

Liked that it was near to beaches and other places to eat and sightsee. Is a beautiful area. We saw the orthern lights and the most beautiful sunset! Had a pool for the kids and hot tub for us adults. Delicious breakfast too!

No coplaints.

The room was clean, the heater worked well, the beds were comfortable and the housekeeping was WONDERFUL. Location was AMAZING.

The carpet could have been cleaned better but we wear house slippers so it wasn't a big deal. The pool was also closed all week for maintenance.
