Cozy rooms, nice pool and hot tubs for the kiddos. Breakfast was very good.

Our toilet clogged on the first flush and for the remainder of the stay would clog. Staff did come to fix it the first request but that wasn’t the end unfortunately. We just dealt with the issue since we were only staying two nights. There were a group of people just loitering in one of the conference spaces outside our room. They were so loud we had to leave our room to ask them to quiet down. (This was at 1030p mind you)

Hotel staff were very friendly and the rooms were clean. Stayed with friends and kids. Staff accommodated every need we had. Kiddie pool was not open, but we all had a blast swimming in the other pool and hot tub. Will definitely be back.

Breakfast was delicious, but there weren't enough plates, cups, napkins, or bowls. We had to constantly ask the front desk for items.

They offered a nice selection in options, and the bar worker was very friendly and accommodating. Clean and inviting facilities, and they had cartoons on the TV for the kids.

They had quite a few equipment issues, so no specialty coffees were available or fried potatoes. They were out of alot of the food options, so that did affect the nice selection on the menu. Short staffed, so that did cause a LONG wait to get served.

The facility was really clean. They offered a really nice breakfast for five dollars. The pool area was really nice. The room was spotless clean

The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable.

My husband had very little warm water for his shower. My son showered earlier and his was fine. Also, we were expecting breakfast to be available according to our booking, but it was not. There were a few items available for purchase only. We were told at check in that there would be complimentary coffee, but when we went to the lobby to get some, it was out. Our friends experienced this as well. We talked to the staff at the desk and someone did start more coffee right away. They also gave us a few extra k cups to use in the brewer in the room.

Wonderful facility. Great pool. Nice rooms. Staff was very friendly.

Well, this may be the new trend but no one serviced the room while we were there. Don't care if the bed is made but fresh towels and refilling the coffee supplies and a few sundries would have been much better. Coffee was available in the lobby but if your room is on the fourth floor and you like a cup or two before facing the world you don't want to take the elevator down to the lobby for a cup before your shower.

I am handicap I need a step stool for the bed. Room was not ready until about 5 pm so I couldn't settle in. The hot tub had a ring in it so many people pool need more clorine

Loved the layout of the room and the spaciousness. King suit a great room.

Could hear the cars on the highway as soon as a.m. driving started.

It was very clean

Only complaint is part of the pool area wasn’t available, I feel like it should have been discontinued price.
