Staff was friendly and the location was great for a weekend celebrating a GVSU graduation.

There were several young families there for various events. The pool area was overrun with loud kids. I am all for family fun, however, I paid as much as they had for a room and was not able to enjoy the pool or hot tub area because of the noise and commotion all the kids were making. The yelling and screaming were not enjoyable. We also experienced noise in our room from the visitors running and jumping above us. As I said, I am all for family fun but seems it got a little out of control.

Visited this location to spend some family time with my sister and nieces from out of state. The staff is amazing! Everyone I interacted with throughout our stay were professional, kind and so helpful. I lost a very important ring while at the pool however, the staff throughout that night went above and beyond to help me search for it. They really didn’t have to but the fact that they did warmed my heart and meant so much. This location was already a favorite and they never disappoint! Thank you to everyone that made our stay so enjoyable!

I paid for 4 people to eat breakfast when I purchased the room but when me and my husband came down to eat we was approached and asked by a guy who worked the breakfast area.where is our ticket and we hadn’t been informed about how breakfast works! So we got the ticket and went to eat breakfast now my problem came when everyone else(Caucasian folks)came down to eat he didn’t ask them about a ticket!in fact he greeted them and told them to help them selves and enjoy! I felt disrespected! as a African American woman And also only 3 of us ate!, I would like to get a refund !

Check in on phone wasn't great, we received our room and our digital key. When we checked into our room we noticed the beds were not made, but then people stuff was all in the room still , then we realized somebody was already in that room so it gave us a room already occupied. went downstairs, Explained what happened in the staff was very very nice and apologized . Took care of us made sure to give us a room that didn’t have people in. gave us a discount on the room and they were very very nice and we still had a great time.

Everything was good as far as quietness of room, location, staff. Cleanliness is big factor in my choice of places to stay. The room was very clean and I even felt comfortable walking on the carpet barefoot. I loved the shower!

Not sure there is anything. The pet fee was higher than most places we have stayed but acceptable for our 2-night stay.

The staff was very professional, kind and helpful. Called to ask questions about food and the man who answered put me on hold quickly, and then got back on and listed everything on the breakfast buffet. I was trying to plan accordingly since traveling with two little kids. The beds were cozy and room was very quiet. Everyone working actually seemed on the clock and happy to be working, not just there. Saying hello, cleaning up, friendly explanation of it all. Upon checkout, the lady even offered my kids a treat from the store, came and took our luggage rack from our car. It's little stuff but makes the stay actually feel like a guest and being serviced. The breakfast food was VERY good and had a lot of variety for the breakfast included in your stay. Such a nice perk and a reason to stay at the Hilton Garden Inns. Pool was perfect temperature, clean and pretty with all the color changing lights, windows and indoor/outdoor hot tub.

Please add smart TVs! I was shocked to see no ability to log into a streaming account, most hotels I've stayed at in the last few years, always have this. Satellite TV and all the commercials is the worst, especially traveling with kids AND OR just looking to have an evening in and relax if out and about all day. There were a few stains on the carpet that were left by someone before us and didn't look like it was attempted to be cleaned in time by guest or the housekeeping service missed it somehow/? There was hardened stuck chocolate and a big red spill stain.

Everything was great. The pool and hot tub were phenomenal and very nice, clean, in good repair and very relaxing with the salt water. Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was also decent. Nothing spectacular, but very satisfying and fresh.

I had trouble paying with a travel gift card and was unable to resolve the payment problem during my stay. I've made several phone calls and was told I had to call back on Monday when the general manager is there because between the travel card company and the front desk ladies, nobody can figure out why my card was declined so I had to pay with my debit card which was a cost I was not prepared for and the whole point of the stay was because I had this travel gift card to use from my husband's company, so that is extremely frustrating.

The staff was wonderful. The rooms were nice and cozy. Great atmosphere. Water in the pool was perfect. The shower stayed hot while me and my kids all showered. We had enough room to unpack, and the kids had space to play without feeling cramped.

I did feel that the price was high for what I got. $16 breakfast wasn't anything exceptional. I paid $50 or $60 more for my room, but I didn't see anything different than any of the other double queen balcony rooms I looked at.

Great stay! Nice, clean atmosphere. The rooms were nice and comfortable. The pool was great, my girls had a lot of fun and the indoor/outdoor hot tub was amazing! We paid extra for the breakfast and it's well worth the money in my opinion, they had a lot of options.

Clean and comfortable

Pricey stay for one night but stuck with graduation weekend being in town. Breakfast not included, $20 for standard “hotel” breakfast is outrageous. Soo many good eats in GR for same or less. TV internet reception was very spotty, good thing we only wanted to watch in morning.
