I liked location and I loved the way my room overlooked the lake. I especially liked the pleasant and social front desk clerks who worked the night shift. They are from Jamaica, a country. I usually visit once a year. I enjoyed talking about my experiences there with them each night. They represented the hotel very well. I also really like the pool and Jacuzzi area.

Nothing really comes to mind concerning any dislikes. I liked the pool and Jacuzzi area very much, but wish they would’ve added a little extra equipment to the exercise room. A dumbbell rack with multiple sets of weights would’ve been very nice.

Food was perfect for the price of the stay

I called first and specifically asked if pool and hot tub were open, swimming and hot tub were only reason we stayed a night. They said yes and after we checked in and paid we went to the pool room and the pool was open but hot tub closed. I rent hotels just for pool and hot tub, so if their not on be honest, otherwise it's just like stealing my money. Other than that the rooms were very big and everything else was fine, I'll stay again as long as everything is working.

Our daughter's room reservation was incorrect, and caused them a lot of stress to begin their vacation. Our room card had a hard time opening the outside door for us to access room 238. It took multiple attempts each time. Breakfast would've been nice if staff had kept up on eggs, bacon, and milk. The day we were checking out the grand kids wanted just cereal, and there wasn't any milk. You must know how many guests you have to prepare for!

The hotel was comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the pool area as a great way to relax after traveling. The hotel had a fabulous view of the lake.

We wish that we had a room on the lakeside of the hotel. Being on the ground floor we felt that we could not leave our curtains open to allow natural light into the room .

Amazing location right on the water, spacious and comfortable room. Kids loved the pool and game area. Fun activities like lawn games and chairs outside, and a small lagoon for wading into the lake. Great breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. This was our second time staying here because we love it so much!

Maybe a quieter AC unit? It was pretty loud. That’s about it, though!

The view was fantastic! The location for what we were doing - taking the ferry to Mackinac Island was great. We rode our bikes to the ferry terminal. Breakfast in the morning was good, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The staff went above and beyond . I left something in the fridge and the girl went right to the room and got it and saved for me. The gentleman that check us in at around 10pm on oct. 26 personally called me I had left my new ring and he is going to mail it to me sense I live about 200 miles away. Definitely great customer service

Breakfast was exceptional. Best breakfast I ever had at a hotel. View was exception. Gentleman at desk was exceptional. Room was exceptional.

Got there and our reservation could not be found. Thank the Lord they had rooms available. Gave me a room for price I was guaranteed and then called and cancelled my reservation so I would not get charged again.

Friendly staff, great breakfast, nice rooms, great location.

The shower in our room was extremely small. Not enough room for the two of us, barely enough room for one of us comfortably. We were there for 3 nights. There was no housekeeping service at all. A restaurant on the property would be really nice. (We usually stay at Breakers Resort for our anniversary but they were sold out this year. Thankfully, we called to see if we had to stay there to dine in and listen to the live entertainment and it was open to the public.)

Staffs are friendly. The bay view is fantastic. and beach is easy to reach and well maintained. Location is good, close to I-75 and local restaurants.

Room is old but clean. Air conditioner is bit noisy. The resident room is in different building from main lobby and cafeteria, it is a bit inconvenience during cold weather.
