Spacious room and bathroom, comfortable bed, excellent temp/pressure in the shower, small but sufficient exercise room. I didn't use the pool facilities but they looked fine. Staff were friendly and provided quick service at check-in and check-out.

I don't understand who would find that comfortable to use. they also had the old fashioned hotel cable TV options. it's not a surprise or major negative but whenever I check-in to a hotel and instead of that they have streaming options that I can sign into it's a huge positive. location was highway adjacent in a way that discouraged going out for a run/walk

The location was great, and the room was quite clean. Plenty of places to set luggage on. Nice shower. The water drained well.

Better tv channels. Would prefer to look at the tv straight on, instead of being on the left side of the bed, but it wasnt that big of a deal. We are not coffee drinkers, but if we were, there was no coffee pot in the room.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite with a kitchenette. It was a great space for a larger family or 2 families staying together. We had plenty of seating, a full fridge, utensils, and space for a pack n play. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. They had gluten free options for people with allergies. Waffles, eggs, sausage and much more. Pool area was large with plenty of towels, sauna, and large hot tub. Plenty of parking. Staff were very kind and friendly. We will be coming back.

Some people might not like that it is about 18 min drive to downtown Duluth but that wasn’t an issue for us. The price was high for being so far out as well.

We got a king suite so it's a bigger 2 room, room. It was clean, comfortable & had everything we needed in it. It had a nice kitchenette as well. It was spacious and perfect for a larger family. I love the hardwood floors throughout, it helps with allergens that can be found in carpet, especially with a hotel that is pet friendly. There were a lot of kids at the hotel and it was a quiet room, I didn't hear outside noise unless I was right at the door. Love that there is a restaurant attached to the hotel, this is a huge perk and in walking distance from a few gas stations.

First off, the staff at check in was a super nice lady and very helpful. The staff at the breakfast area was also very friendly and kind. The hotel and our room were very clean and comfortable. We loved the location as well. Nice hot breakfast with great variety of foods. Scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, muffins, toast, bagels, fruit, cereal and hot oatmeal, yogurt and variety of juices and milks. Coffee 24/7 with variety creamers is a nice touch! We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others! Blackwoods Food right next door with free delivery to your room was great also!

Pillows need replacing, pretty small and flat.

Very close to the highway and not far from the action of Canal Park. Friendly staff, charming decor in the lobby and attached Restaurant. Great value Really nice fitness Center and pool/sauna were also clean and well maintained

A little noisy considering it was a weekday, but our roof was on the first floor with windows to the parking lot..which was actually nice to keep an eye on things

The staff member when we arrived was very helpful. We were to stay one extra day, but we had to leave earlier and he was very kind in cancelling our 2nd night as I was having trouble with Booking to do this. A lot of places when you book with Booking will just tell you that you have to deal with Booking, and are not helpful at all. Thank-you so much for being that one person who was so helpful.

The breakfast was great, everything I could ask for! They also honored my request to be near the door. The desk clerk was very friendly and helpful.

Nothing that I can think of. Lodging prices seem to be incredibly high to me. My concern is not directed to this specific property but rather generally. The proximity of the Proctor AmericInn to the annual community celebration I attend is perfect.
