The rooms are always so comfortable. Bathroom was clean. The staff is great. I really like that the staff text and it's not just a robot message. We got in later than expected and the text exchange was very nice. Breakfast, although modest is always my favorite part.

We really have no complaints other then a mention of maybe a hand soap at the sink as well as the bar for the shower. Possibly consider expanding your breakfast area. The place ia popular and tends to get sardine can crowded. Luckily with all our stays everyone (guests) has been super nice and respectful.

Easy to find location, tons of parking with great views. The staff were so friendly and helpful (they didn’t know I was on a trip up north to bury my dad). This place made my stay as comfortable as possible. The views overlooking the highway and water were so beautiful, it brought tears to my eyes. I’m thankful and grateful for the affordability, comfort, cleanliness and kindness. If you were spoon fed, coming from boujee marble countertops, expensive appliances and overly high expectations , this isn’t the place for you. Tons of maintenance is going on and you can tell they truly care and are working hard. This place was exactly what I was looking for and I’ll be booking here again and recommending it.

We booked the place for the price and with that you have to be ready to accept the fate that it will be less then perfect. The day counter "supervisor" was great The night guy was a bit off but wasn't an issue The hotel had aVery clean pool area , and when something came up the staff was very understanding of situations and was relatable Will book again!

There wasn't any notice on booking.com about the hot tub and sauna not working , and we had found out it had been that way or some time so it should have mentioned that and possibly reflected that in the price a little

Loved that it wasn’t in the middle of town, staff was super friendly!

The room was amazing so I thought, I meant to talk to the front desk but my child had surgery right away in the morning so I had a lot on my mind, we drove almost 5 hours 1 way and were exhausted by the end of the night, the top throw blanket smelt like Body Oder so my mom child and I shared a bed! Other than that it was an amazing night!

Good location right off I-35, view to Spirit Mountain and Superior WI. Hotel was clean my room was clean, and staff super friendly.

A ton of dead flies in the sliding window channel - yuk. Breakfast was meh, but I knew what to expect for the price. Maybe some other protein options like HB eggs? Too many carbs & sugar - I’m diabetic.

I liked the balcony a lot, a bit odd it was connected to the pool room but it was pretty cool that it was as well. And the breakfast was great, the waffles tasted good and the bread items were fresh. Also the water pressure in the shower was great.

The construction going on, but it wasn't the worst thing. also the floor was a little warped in front of the bathroom, making it a little hard to open but you could still get in there at least! The hot tub and sauna were not available which really sucked.

Excellent bed and pillows!!! Friendly staff. Quiet -- but it was Sunday and Monday nights!

The steps going down to the lobby are uneven. Someplace an elevator needs to be put in. On our next stay we will ask to have our room on 2nd floor to avoid more steps going up to third and toting luggage. That was the only drawback. Am sure in ski season it'll be nuts around there!

The room was nice and comfortable and was quiet. Staff was very nice and friendly. Room and breakfast room were both clean and well taken care of.

It was hard to find the entrance driveway in the dark. The parking is a bit of a challenge if you don’t have all wheel drive because you can only park “up top” but all the spots there were full between trucks and cars parked there already and other spots with the construction materials for the renovating they were doing but that is a temporary problem I think and we will definitely stay here again.

New beds as Wyndham bought the property and are remodeling it. Breakfast waffles great! No eggs due to egg problem. Near all the things I see in Duluth.

Wifi did not work very well. Bathroom toilet for little people. They could put toilet replacement on list for remodel. Would like to have a card in room for what was on TV/cable.

Great room. Bed was good, fell asleep in a few minutes. Would like hard boiler eggs. It was ok none. Food was good. Especially the cereal and toast. I like 24 hrs coffee and tv.

No hot tub available. We always enjoy the hot tub experience. Driveway bumpy, but ok. Ramp was good except for the beginning, easy to trip and fall on bumps before the ramp.
