The front desk staff were very pleasant and friendly.

I did not like seeing the staff on there phones when they were working. Breakfast was 7 to 9, if I remember correctly. We would get there and not all the food was out. Seen her txting and even talking on her cell phone. I thought it was disrespectful when we were looking for bread and there was none put out. Then hot breakfast was the same thing every day. I was there for 5 days. So we went over to Mc Donalds for breakfast. Sad since we paid for the stay at the hotel.

Beds are super comfy, sweet, and helpful staff. I had to be at my clinicals early, so I had to leave each am at 5 am. They still had fruit or bagels out for breakfast, so I still was able to get breakfast.

The housekeepers never restocked soaps,TP or towels, or took my trash. And no, I didn't have a do not disturb on door as they didn't have service signs to put on door. Luckily, it was just me, so it wasn't too big o a deal.The front desk was nice to supply me with my needs.

Front desk was amazing very polite and helpful Angie was the best definitely exceptional customer care going above and beyond very informative

The room was wonderful but the transition spacer spacing the carpet and tile was slightly coming apart leaving the carpert fraying and didnt have much of a stretch leaving the carpet loose but no issues with comfort also found some areas that could have been cleaned better other than that it was pretty nice

The staff were incredibly nice and helpful! The location had great access to the highways and it was conveniently next to a gas station. My family and I really enjoyed our stay!

Only thing was the walls are thin, so you can hear people outside the doors fairly well. Our neighbors kept going in and out of their room and you can hear the doors constantly slamming.

The front desk staff was phenomenal! She went above and beyond and was so kind, even working the longer hours she is during the ownership change. The hot tub was broke down, so that was a bummer for us. The elevator area was pretty dirty. The beds were SO comfortable! We all slept great:) There isn't a lot of room in the bathroom to set your stuff while getting ready for the day.

Easy, quick check-in and checkout. Standard continental breakfast. Accessible facilities. Nice pool area. Walking distance to gas station and McDonald's.

Room had a bit of a stale incense/smoke smell at first. Breakfast room was a bit small and some items were not restocked, but overall good experience.

The breakfast had good coffe and waffles and scrambled eggs. But low on them and few articles of bread or other items … maybe just keeping an eye on eggs as they ran out and keep bread/ muffin space filled. All in all it just needed to be watched !

Pool and jacuzzi out of service for stay. I have requested a adjustment in rate. I have no answer from booking yet on a refund. Hotel Mgr said he would give us last night free.sent message to booking. Waiting on response

The TV remote control had a problem. The staff corrected it immediately. Due to sub-zero temperature, and our late arrival, parking spaces were full. Again the staff helped us to find a space to park.

Clean rooms. Nice staff. Larger tv.

Didn’t like the cooked breakfast. Eggs not done enough. The hot tub was not working. Pool small.
