I was in town for a medical procedure, and was not able to have breakfast. I thought about taking a banana for later, and they were all out of bananas. The location was great, and my husband enjoyed the coffee & some yogurt.

My husband uses a power wheelchair, and the room was a bit on the small side. We had a King Handicap Room. The door from the hallway to the room was very heavy, which is extremely difficult for a person in a wheelchair to manage. Also, the easiest kind of toilet seat for him is the horseshoe shaped toilet seat. This room had a regular toilet seat.

The breakfast and facilities were nice. Staff was friendly.

I called weeks prior to reserve for our Mayo trip. I called the day of arrival to verify our reservation since I never received an email. The person we talked to to make the reservation never reserved our room. Luckily they had availability. Also, we stayed here twice within 5 weeks. The pool and hot tub were down both times. The hot tub was a main selling point for us. Very disappointed it was broke both stays.

The employees make this hotel! Everyone we encountered was friendly, helpful and hard working. I wished I had gotten all of their names. Beck was at the front desk when we arrived and we had met her a year prior and she has been awesome! It doesn’t end there. From front desk, to breakfast to housekeeping everyone was great and I know they don’t get enough credit for all of the work that they do. We appreciated it all!

We have been coming here for years and Choice Hotels needs to update this property…new wallpaper in hallways (maybe chair rails) & definitely need new chairs in breakfast area and conference room. Just need some all around updates…

People were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean. The shuttle to Mayo's was great...Daniel made it awesome. Location was easy to find. Loved the warm cookies every night. This all made my trip to Mayo's less stressful

Nothing I can think of...it was even quiet. One thing (sorry) was the room temperature was very warm...we had to turn on the air to get it comfortable for us. Maybe a little more light...

We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The beds are some of the comfiest hotel beds I’ve ever slept in with plenty of extra pillows. Check out is noon which is very much appreciated. Hot breakfast eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, cereal, waffles and more. Staff was very friendly. We will be back!

Outstanding: in every respect! Clean! Excellent Staff! Very Welcoming. Huge breakfast. Free parking plus Free shuttle all day long to/from Mayo: always timely & great drivers: provide interesting travel highlights. The Manager has really turned this place around!!

Nice receptionist Clean room with fancy folded towels and things I put a request for my room to be cold when I got there and they indeed made it cold overall might have been the best hotel I’ve stayed in

The room looked bigger on the picture for some reason but it had all the right stuff and everything so not a big deal at all

When the shuttle broke down, the shuttle driver used her own car until a substitute was available as she knew how important she was to us utilizing the Mayo clinic. The staff has Empathy.

The location worked out beautifully. I liked that restaurants, shopping and the Mayo Clinic were easily accessible. Room was very comfortable, clean and quiet. I'm planning on staying here on my next visit to Rochester.

Disappointed that pool and spa were not working and closed for repairs. From now on I will call and check on items that are important before I book. Shuttle has many stops and takes a long time.
