I liked the comfortable bed. Access to a pool and gym were nice features. Bathroom was spacious with a separate bath and shower. Water pressure was amazing. Aircon was reasonably quiet.

Smell of smoke from casino lingered a little in the room, which didn't have windows you could open. There was no room service (food) that I could find.

We stayed there for our anniversary, and we had a great time. The hotel was decorated beautifully for Christmas, our room was ready, and the staff was courteous and helpful. Our Dinner was excellent from BR Prime service was impeccable and the food was exquisite.

to start our breakfast at the buffet was sub-par and my wife who had been looking forward to having breakfast at the buffet. It was very disappointing, and she was apologizing because she wanted to eat there, and it wasn't a good experience. To mention a few things, hashbrown casserole was over salted and cold. The bacon was greasy, and many pieces burnt. Pastries were... well not good. I could go on, but I believe you have the gist. I didn't finish the plate I made for myself. Our server never refilled our coffee or juice, and it was like we were on the pay no mind list. The shower in bathroom in our room had mold in and around the shower base, lacked attention.

First time there, no directions for anything: how to get from parking garage to check in, to elevators, to different restaurants. Wall map of facilities or brochures would have helped. Check in was not friendly or helpful with info. All other staff were very pleasant and helpful. Online checkout was not clear, we completed it and it returned to the same site to do it again. Since we could not get reservations for the restaurants until 9-930 at night, we went off site to other places which had great food and less expensive. Other than smelling like smoke since it was worse Fri night and Sat morning, we enjoyed our time in the Casino. Mostly minor irritations, we will return.

The king size room with the view of the pool and bay was wonderful! One of the best breakfast buffets I’ve had in a long time. Just too bad that I missed it on the second day because I slept in.

Very Disappointed the pool Closes at 8 PM. It is such a shame that as adults, we don’t have an area to go at night when the weather is perfect. I would’ve loved to sit outside and read instead of in my room. You should think of Closing off an area so it’s easier on the staff, but we definitely needed a place to hang other than the casino Bars. if it’s a safety issue, make it over 21 after 8 PM. Disappointed in the casino having all the same kinds of machines. But I walked next-door to hard rock and it had a better selection.

We had a room with a great view of the gulf. The room was clean and quiet. We loved the pillows. Ate breakfast at the hotel buffet and it was excellent. Ate lunch at the Salt and Ivy which was also excellent. The hotel was close to the trolley which made it easy to get around. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

The bed was very comfortable, but the other furniture, in the room was uncomfortable.

The staff is very friendly. The room was clean and there is a good variety of restaurants on the property.

Really wish they didn’t have smoking inside the property. I think I would like it better if they had designated smoking areas versus non-smoking. Also, I appreciate that Beau Rivage is family friendly but I feel there were way too many kids. The pool was very crowded and mostly with children. We came on Memorial Day and there was a DJ by the pool. We couldn’t even stay outside because of the sound level.

Michelle at front desk check-in was most friendly and accommodating! Outstanding service in very busy morning coffee shop! Main reason for visit was to see Beach Boys - saw them both nights. We've seen them many times at the Beau during Cruisin. Always a wonderful experience! Please keep the Beach Boys performing at the Beau! As always, a fun & exciting time at the Beau!

Mr. Hawthorne at check-in epitomizes hospitality - gracious, efficient, & helpful. Dinner and bar service at Steakhouse was excellent. Cocktail service at bar on the front corner of casino was also exceptional. Stellar maid service. Comfy beds and coffee in room were appreciated. Miss the lovely art in the rooms and BR body lotion and soaps in the bathroom.

This hotel is absolutely gorgeous! The room was great, and bed was comfortable. The BR Prime steakhouse was delicious as well as the restaurant in the front part of the hotel ( for breakfast) . The staff was phenomenal and so very nice and accommodating. My husband had a health episode at breakfast and thought he was having a heart attack. We told our waitress and they were very quick to send plenty of medical staff right away. The EMS checked him out thoroughly right there where we were and fortunately everything was good. They went out of their way to make sure everything was taken care of. Our breakfast was taken care of by them because it had sat there at got cold while he was being checked out, although they did warm it up for us afterwards and also send us with a large platter of complementary fruit. I was very impressed with the way they handled that situation. We will definitely return to this hotel! Loved it 🩷🩷🩷

I liked the Xmas decor in the lobby and around the building. I liked the tub and the view overlooking the water with a beautiful sunset. I liked the hot tub and the location of it. I liked the specious bedroom and bathroom and I liked the separate shower.

The bathroom had long black hairs all over the floor, including around the tub. The mattress was not very comfortable. The bdrm could have had a balcony. I wish there was an indoor swimming pool. I wish there was some sort of complimentary breakfast.
