WE stayed at this location on the way to our vacation destination. We liked it so much we stayed again on our way home. On our way to our destination, we had a different hotel booked. Upon arrival, that hotel was not what we expected and we did not feel comfortable staying. We found the Baymont very close by and decided to give them a try. After 10-plus hours in the car we needed a clean, safe place for the night. At first arrival, the desk clerk did say they were sold out for the night. But she looked again and found us a room. We were so grateful! Again a big part of why we stayed again on our travels home to WI.

Location and accessibility. The young lady that cleaned our room was pleasant, polite and knowledgeable about the surrounding area. Excellent advice for food options. I think her name is Cynthia. I do not eat pork or beef and she was able to suggest wonderful restaurants that were accommodating.

Breakfast: Wish there was a better breakfast option that included Turkey products. Exercise room: small, 1 treadmill. Television with no channels and not sure if the equipment was wiped down. There were no towels in the room to wipe yourself or the equipment.

Staff was friendly, rooms were mostly clean... had to move the night stand to plug in phone because the lamps outlet didn't work and I'm guessing moving furniture isn't on the housekeepers to do list. Opened the drawers to put stuff away and the centers had been wiped out, but still had beads in the corners like someone's necklace or bracelet broke. But everything else was on point.

Bed was big and very comfortable. The room was very spacious also! Everything Looked very nice and clean.

The only thing that I can point out was a slight cigarette smoke smell in the room (possibly from previous person, or near by smoking rooms) but didn’t bother me too much. Still enjoyed my stay.

The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. We needed to extend our stay and the host went above and beyond to ensure we stayed in the same room without relocating.

Breakfast was okay. The waffles and cereal and everything they offered was good. Just wished there was fruit and other healthier options.

The breakfast needs a bigger selection it’s wasn’t good. The air was on inside of the pool room and I think they should have the heat on instead of the air with the water being so cold and the roof is leaking in the pool room.

The room wasn't real clean and sheets didn't fit bed kept coming off. Free breakfast is nice not a complaint except should be more choices and hot foods

To have mini bath products for anyone that forgets, like lotion and or toothpaste and maybe later pool hours

The staff were very greeting and nice. Breakfast was good and the location was great. Right across the street from my favorite restaurant.

The beds are a bit uncomfortable I woke up with back pain.

I believe you get what you pay for. Not here, it was above my expectations. $71 and expected a run down place but I didn’t really care because I just wanted a place to put my head after 8 hours on the road. I was extremely impressed when I got to the room. It was jaw dropping for the cost. And the beds, OMGoodness! Say good night!

I was a room inspector for a major hotel chain and I’m former military so naturally it’s the first thing I do when I walk into a room. At first sight it’s gorgeous but then there’s the bathroom corners. The sink faucets had soap scum and hair and the cord to the coffee pot looked like it had never been cleaned. I had a hard time brushing my teeth with that staring me in the face. Housekeeping was a bit cranky and were bi****ng and moaning about their job. Maybe they’re just not morning people and that’s ok.

It was clean and the beds slept comfortably.

Desk chair was very uncomfortable and the room was right next to the exit door which slammed everytime someone went in and out the door. We were awakened every time someone came in or went out!
