WE stayed at this location on the way to our vacation destination. We liked it so much we stayed again on our way home. On our way to our destination, we had a different hotel booked. Upon arrival, that hotel was not what we expected and we did not feel comfortable staying. We found the Baymont very close by and decided to give them a try. After 10-plus hours in the car we needed a clean, safe place for the night. At first arrival, the desk clerk did say they were sold out for the night. But she looked again and found us a room. We were so grateful! Again a big part of why we stayed again on our travels home to WI.

Location and accessibility. The young lady that cleaned our room was pleasant, polite and knowledgeable about the surrounding area. Excellent advice for food options. I think her name is Cynthia. I do not eat pork or beef and she was able to suggest wonderful restaurants that were accommodating.

Breakfast: Wish there was a better breakfast option that included Turkey products. Exercise room: small, 1 treadmill. Television with no channels and not sure if the equipment was wiped down. There were no towels in the room to wipe yourself or the equipment.

Staff was friendly, rooms were mostly clean... had to move the night stand to plug in phone because the lamps outlet didn't work and I'm guessing moving furniture isn't on the housekeepers to do list. Opened the drawers to put stuff away and the centers had been wiped out, but still had beads in the corners like someone's necklace or bracelet broke. But everything else was on point.

I believe you get what you pay for. Not here, it was above my expectations. $71 and expected a run down place but I didn’t really care because I just wanted a place to put my head after 8 hours on the road. I was extremely impressed when I got to the room. It was jaw dropping for the cost. And the beds, OMGoodness! Say good night!

I was a room inspector for a major hotel chain and I’m former military so naturally it’s the first thing I do when I walk into a room. At first sight it’s gorgeous but then there’s the bathroom corners. The sink faucets had soap scum and hair and the cord to the coffee pot looked like it had never been cleaned. I had a hard time brushing my teeth with that staring me in the face. Housekeeping was a bit cranky and were bi****ng and moaning about their job. Maybe they’re just not morning people and that’s ok.

The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. We needed to extend our stay and the host went above and beyond to ensure we stayed in the same room without relocating.

Breakfast was okay. The waffles and cereal and everything they offered was good. Just wished there was fruit and other healthier options.

The room wasn't real clean and sheets didn't fit bed kept coming off. Free breakfast is nice not a complaint except should be more choices and hot foods

To have mini bath products for anyone that forgets, like lotion and or toothpaste and maybe later pool hours

Great location. Staff was very friendly and kind. Beds were comfortable. Air conditioner worked great. Refrigerator in room was a nice size. Pool area was clean and my kids loved it.

The rooms could have been a little cleaner. The tub was brown in the bottom. It was cold in the indoor pool area.

My family and I stay at this motel all the time!! We really like it there. I really like the fact that the doors are all on the inside. I feel comfortable when me grands run ahead of me to the pool!!

There isnt much i dont like except for no handicap parking at the end of the building when you have to go in the end door.

,The room was clean. We stayed a little over a weekend. Felt like home away from home. Location perfect, all stores, restaurants, shopping places down the road all easy to go.

Baymont over charges me for my rooms. Prices were a lot higher than what I booked and was quoted what I would be charged. They even charged one of my nights separately as if it was an extra night and it wasn't. It should have been all charged as one total price and then tax that price.

The manager the short guy . I think that he maybe Indian . I can’t recall his name but is very rude and obnoxious. Terrible attitude. But the rest of the staff and the place was very pleasant. I would definitely not want to work under someone like him
