This was an incredible value. We stayed in a King Suite which has a separate bedroom. The accommodations were extremely clean, updated, conveniently located and peaceful. We enjoyed the breakfast at the on site grille and everything was above expectations from the service to the food. Eggs Benedict would rival the best restaurants in the country! We enjoyed drinks at the bar in the evening and again the drinks were outdone only by the friendly service. We cannot overstate how much we enjoyed our stay at Holiday Inn and Suites North on Gloster Street, Tupelo, Mississippi. We look forward to staying there again soon on our next trip to Tupelo.

Absolutely no area that we could recommend improvement ….this was one of the cleanest, most comfortable hotels we’ve stayed at inn all of our travels.

Very convenient, comfortable rooms.

Breakfast was good but a little pricey; somehow the connection between Booking.com & Holiday Inn didn’t work well and they did not have my reservation for 2 rooms when I arrived. They had a reservation for 1 room the next night. Don’t know who was at fault because I had a confirmation for 2 rooms the first night. Still waiting to see a refund for the incorrect second day.

Everything was great

The staff that check us in was rude and has been the last 3 times we stayed. I'm sure her name can be found. She is the only staff we had a problem with. She acted like she didn't want to be there. 6 years ago we were having to stay multiple times due to preemie at hospital. We ended up staying at other hotels because of this night clerk. But other than getting checked in the stay was and has been excellent

The hotel and my room were very nice and clean. The staff were very professional and very friendly.

I traveled with a middle school show choir group from TN and we all stayed at this location. The only thing that i was disappointed with was there wasn’t complimentary breakfast. Especially with all of the hungry teens that had performed. Over all that was the only disappointment.

The staff went above and beyond to make sure my kiddos and I were comfortable and taken care of! The rooms were super clean, as well as everywhere else (lobby, dining area, pool, outdoor seating areas)... my daughter wanted me to also mention she experienced her "most comfortable travel bed EVER!!!" Keep up the good work... y'all are AMAZING!

The only thing I could mention that I didn't like was the slick tile by the pool. We were cautious and careful, and it was nothing the staff could do. Management/owners may consider another option for pool safety.

We had a great stay!! The hotel is clean, the rooms are nice and spacious! Perfect for a weekend getaway or a long stay! The surrounding area is very convenient for common wants and needs

the only thing I would recommend is the staff remaining calm during storms/tornado warnings. If the host is uncomfortable then so are their/your guest. I’m from the area so I understand our weather but travelers are not and an anxious environment makes for an uneasy stay.

Arrived 1:00 am. Safe secure area with well-lit parking lot. Very clean inside and out. Staff was polite and friendly. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Check-in and out was easy.

Breakfast could have had more to choose from. The four of us went down the road for breakfast.

Ashley and Dani our waitress and bartender were excellent. We had a Very well prepared meal. My ribeye steak was a little thin but the chef was still able to prepare it exactly like I wanted it (medium rare.)

Overall everything about our stay was excellent! Thee improvements would be a clock above the don’t dive sign in the middle of the pool area. Also some hooks for your towels adjacent to the shower area and a shower curtain at the entrance for privacy while showering.

Loved that it had a full bar and restaurant on site. The hot tub was big

My husband fell around the hot tub area as there is a slope. Went to tell front desk and they just asked if he was alright. No statement or further questions.

Staff is amazing and the restaurant has outstanding food.The rooms are very nice and esthetically pleasing.

With the open center all the noise is channeled up to the rooms. The street sounds are unbelievably clear, like a window is open. Makes for a rough night's sleep.
