It is next to the Cadence Bank Arena and we simply walked over to our event, no fighting traffic. The indoor pool was well kept but the hot tub was out of order, which really didn’t matter to us. There is a well stocked bar with an excellent bartender. The breakfast was excellent and only $12. The food is mostly made to order . I don’t like breakfast buffets where people just tumble out of bed and handle all of the utensils and things. We always dress for breakfast and like table service. The room was great and the coffee/ microwave/ fridge area was convenient.

The only thing I can think of was the hot tub being broken.

The staff did a great job of welcoming us and our pup. The onsite bar and food offerings looked good, but we took advantage different offerings nearby. Pro tip for breakfast - there are great locally made breakfast offerings at the Marathon station down the street. This isn't to take away from the hotel, but more so an indication of the nearby offerings. :)

We had hoped to get on the ground floor and had communicated the same in advance. But, alas, this did not work out.

Nice location, good places to grab something to eat, conveniently located next to the Cadence Bank Area.

Parking can be a little tight and with an event going on at the Arena next door. I wish there was better enforcement of parking on the property.

Staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good and reasonably priced. Located in an area where you could pick up things you needed. Located conveniently of the main highway. Lobby kept very clean, and coffee was always available.

pool area was always full of a lot of kids, so it was very noisy and crowded. Would have liked for the room to be cleaned or trashed taken out during the two day stay.

The breakfast food was amazing. I could tell it was cooked with intention, the intention of southern friendliness and charm. The staff in the restaurant were above and beyond with friendliness from the second we approach through the last second when we departed. They made us, a family of five from age nine to 65, feel like we were the only customers they we’re going to have all day and that they were going to do everything to make us happy. And they did.

The fact that over a three day stay, I had to go to the front desk every day, extra towels, more toilet paper, more Kleenex for the room. I’ve learned from previous stays at The Hilton Garden that I need to bring my own Kurig pods, they will only give you two extra at the front desk. I find it very disappointing that a “Hilton” would be this cheap. I paid for three people in our room, two cups of coffee each and they will only give two extra a day per room. I would pay more for a room with daily maid service, if only to change towels, trash and refill necessities, not making the bed…I can do.

Refrigerator in room wasn’t secure and when trying to open would fall out.

Everyone was nice. The lady checking us in was smacking gum which was unprofessional and made it hard to understand what she was saying.

UK visitor. Easy access and parking for motorcycle. Across the road from Elvis statue. Handy stop off the Natchez Trace. Close to Elvis’ birthplace.

Proximity to my events. Plentiful parking. Excellent Breakfast, coffee and tea in lobby. Fresh made cookies. Excellent shower.

Carpet in room seemed to always be moist.

The breakfast was great. I got married in Tupelo and our venue was 1 minute away. It was a great stay. We still had on wedding attire and the staff greeted us with well wishes and claps. We got complimentary water as well.

Everything was great.

The staff is really good. They were polite and helpful. I am glad to see the bar/restaurant open again.

Would like for the restaurant to offer more. i would like to see an expanded menu and more hours open.
