Our room was clean and in a good area! We stayed on our way to and from our vacation spot, having the same room both times. The owner was very kind and waited up for our arrival.

I was pretty chilly in my room and there were no extra blankets. We had to keep the air cranked on to cancel out the summer heat/humidity, but it made it quite cold in the room. On our second pass-through, though, I had remembered to bring my own blanket. Problem solved!

Hotel was clean comfortable, and smelt amazing (in the room) Staff made me so welcome as a solo traveller Had an issue where I dropped my keys in my engine whilst checking my oil before hitting the road The kind man on the desk came out of his was to come and help me got on the floor underneath my car to get them from the engine. He went above and beyond for me as his customer so I'd definitely recommend this hotel as one of the best for the money in the area. :)

SureStay was clean & the bed was comfortable. It was in an area that felt safe. Those are the 2 things most important to me when choosing somewhere to stay. The manager at checkin & checkout was professional & friendly. The price was good & no problem with reservation through Booking.com. The $100 cash deposit was returned to me upon checkout.

None of this was a negative for me, but in case someone else needs to know, if you checkin after hours, they have an outside walk up window that may create a problem for you depending on the weather. Also, they are a little hard to find because they sit way back off the road behind other properties. Lastly, if you need USB ports, their lamps are old & do not have these ports. I always carry my own plug-in capable cord, so this wasn’t a dealbreaker for me.

This has become our go to place to stay as we return home after traveling. It is easy access from the interstate and is quite clean and comfortable. The price value is very good. The manager who checks us in is very friendly and efficient. Bedding is quite comfortable. They have a continental breakfast available.

The upholstered chair in the room 220 needs to be cleaned or disposed of. It had some rather gross looking stains on it. So, we just didn't use it. Only a concern to let you know.

Location has easy access to interstate 22. Room was comfortable and very clean. Really impressed with bathroom and shower, and fact that 2 coffee packets were supplied so both of us could have a cup in morning. Small things do get noticed.

Outer appearance less than impressive. Located next to abandoned business. Luckily, condition of room overcame first impression.

Everything was perfect. The owner was super sweet, she had a new guy she was training and was so patient with him. Great conversations with them both. It was suuuuuper clean, quiet, comfy, really convenient location, and a good price! I also put in the notes when I reserved it that I wanted the top floor, and they actually listened (every hotel I’ve reserved never look at the booking notes)! I would absolutely stay dere again!!!!

We loved it, it was quiet and the staff was amazing she greeted us upon arrival and made sure we knew where the ice machine and vending machine were and let us know they offered breakfast in the morning.

It wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

Convenience- location from the Natchez Trace and downtown Tupelo. Hotel renovated and remodeled. Rooms are nice and clean and equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, iron, and board. Breakfast served in room connect to the office lobby. Served fruit juices, coffee, yogurt, cereal, pastries, bagels, and toast. Price!

Three story building and no elevator(s).

It's all about the value. At this price point, what you really want is a clean room. Which exactly it was. A comfortable room which it was. functioning wireless, which it was so I would definitely stay there again.

On policy where are you supposed to give $100 security deposit and then you get it back the next day. So not everyone has $100 cash on them when they check in.

The Attendant was very nice ! She was one of the owners . The room was very nice clean and comfortable! The price was great ! We enjoyed our stay there . We would gladly stay again if in the area .
