⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Five stars ... Our stay at Home2 Suites was absolutely incredible! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism. The hotel itself was spotless, modern, and extremely comfortable, making it feel like a home away from home. A special shoutout to Solomon, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. He was so friendly, helpful, and truly made us feel welcome. His exceptional customer service did not go unnoticed, and we are so grateful for his kindness and attentiveness. The entire staff was amazing—always smiling, always ready to assist, and genuinely dedicated to making guests feel special. The amenities were fantastic, the rooms were spacious and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was inviting and relaxing. Everything and everyone was amazing from the staff to other guests! Check-in went smoothly, the staff was very attentive to all of our needs, the rooms were amazing (very clean and stocked on everything, didn't need a thing), the pool area was clean, fully stocked, and I loved the fact you had to have a key card to enter. Breakfast was delicious, and they kept it in rotation! I had a group of teeneage girls, and if they said everything was great and they wanted to come back, then that speaks volumes!! The hotel is in a great area and close to many restaurants, shopping areas, and leisure places. Great place to relax alone or with the family! I highly recommend it, and if I could score higher than 10, then I most definitely would!!

Clean and well appointed lobby. Elevators clean as were the hallways. Room was clean and all parts of the hotel smelled good too.

We have stayed at the Candlewood and thought when we asked for a suite we were expecting a full suite similar to that. Just having a curtain to pull doesn’t help us when one wants to rest and the other wants to watch TV. Next time we’ll make sure to get a room far away from housekeeping and elevators so we can sleep in.

The facility was clean and smelled great! Front desk staff at check-in that evening was friendly and super helpful. Our room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable. Black out shades were ACTUALLY black out. When Terri checked us in, she thought about the need for a good night's sleep and gave us a top floor room near the end of the hallway so we had less traffic by our door. Breakfast was varied and kept welll stocked.

The place was wonderful! It was incredibly clean, the staff was extremely nice, location was perfect, and it was comfortable. We were shocked at how homey our room was. It was perfect for traveling with a little one that requires special food and sippy cups.

The pool wasn't warm like we were told it would be, but the staff had it checked immediately and said it couldn't be fixed until Monday morning.

I was so happy with the layout of the room for our family with a toddler and baby. It was very spacious. We enjoyed having a couch and full kitchen especially. The whole place was very clean and seemed pretty new. Additionally, breakfast was great the next morning. We will certainly stay here again, or at least we will stay at other Home 2 Suites locations in the future.

Excellent breakfast! Staff was very nice! She filled depleted items quickly. She was constantly working to make sure everything was perfect. The young lady that checked us in was so kind. We needed a sewing kit to hem some pants and she quickly found what we needed. She just seemed genuinely happy to help us and seemed happy to be there.

Everything was great. The room was very nice and clean. Everything I needed for a comfy stay was provided. The heated pool was a great touch especially in the cold weather, just wish it stayed on longer.

The pool was nice and warm when I arrived but turned really cold while we were in the pool. I'm not sure if the hotel controls the temperature or if it's on an automatic timer. That is the only thing I didn't like during my stay.

The room was awesome with it's full refrigerator and dish washer! Very comfortable bed and plenty of space!

The only thing was in the pool, the jets that blew warm water would swap to very cold water! Not sure if that was what was supposed to happen, but it did get pretty cool! I loved when they shot out warm water!

The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast we have had! We stayed there bc of the space in the rooms.

We found hair on the shower walls and cobweb hanging from the ceiling light. We also did jot find the bed and pillows comfortable. We also did not know it was pet friendly, which is fine but we had a barking dog across the hall. Maybe don't put dogs on floors with people that don't have dogs.
