This was actually my 3rd time staying here. The customer service is amazing. The rooms are very spacious bed and pillows so comfortable☺️breakfast always great. The cleanliness of the property! I had some family and friends to stay and they loved it as much as I did! ☺️

The room was more than I expected. The bed was super comfy, and the pillows were so soft. I had such a peaceful sleep. There was a reading lamp/light next to the bed that I thought was brilliant!! The couch was so comfortable that my teenage son slept there instead of the bed.. The bathroom was wide n spacious, and the water pressure in the shower was perfect! The tub is wide enough to take a soak if you want. Breakfast... Let's just say I looked forward to it. Fruits were fresh, not bruised or dimpled. Sausage had a hint of spice/heat but so good! Biscuits n gravy were on point. They also have a waffle machine that made some fluffy waffles. They also have cereals, yogurt, bagels, bread, etc.. and also juice. The facility has an in-door pool and hot tub. It was definitely used during our visit. The common area is pretty inviting and spacious. There is plenty of room for the families to sit during breakfast. Parking was clean, and parking spots were wide enough. There are multiple locations near the hotel to eat. I'm so glad we stayed here and highly recommend this place. This hotel was in my budget for a 4-day stay, and well worth it..

If there were any complaints, the room above us had children that ran around at night, but it wasn't enough to deter our overall stay

The bed was a dream. Very comfortable with lots of pillows. Loved the location of the TV because I could see it from several places in the room. And I absolutely loved the walk in shower. Great fluffy towels with plenty of towels, bath cloths and hand towels. Loved the refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot in the room along with an iron and ironing board.

The bed was a little high but I am short. I managed to get in and out of it. The sectional was not comfortable. Very low and then the ottomans were very high. The water pressure in the shower was skin peeling sharp-very intense. If I could have adjusted it the shower would have been perfect.

Beautiful, convenient clean !They front desk staff was very accommodating and d let us check in a couple of hours early and also check out at noon. This was very important to us because we were in town for a tennis championship and needed to shower and change for the next match. Thank you!

Only thing I would complain, if i were to be nit-picky is that I wished that there was an ice- machine on each floor. But, it really was not a big issue !

We had a little suite. The beds were super comfortable!! Pillows great. Everything was clean. Shower was hot! Breakfast was probably the best Inhave had at a hotel! Waffles or Mimi waffles, really good scrambled eggs, sausage, cereals, boiled eggs, yogurts, good biscuits and gravy. All very flavorful. We left a sweatshirt in a drawer. I called and asked if I could pay to have them mail it to me and they did! Staff were super nice!

Very nice room. Clean and nicely decorated. Very comfortable king suite.

We were on the second floor and although the maps posted in the room and on the floor showed an ice machine on the floor, there were only machines on 1st and 3rd. A little inconvenient when you have to go to the desk to ask about where to get ice.

The staff was so kind and helpful. The beds are super comfortable, great breakfast! They even have stuff in the evening for you to get like cookies, subs, all kinds of great foods. The indoor pool was fantastic and the whirlpool was great for all our sore muscles.

I liked the rooms very nice and comfortable and.very clean and plenty of towels beds very comfortable. The pool area was super nice. The breakfast was 10. Very very nice

The extra money they took off should been out back on my card at check not 7 days later.

The large bedroom and lounge room. The counter space in the bathroom was great. . Beds were great. Plenty of desk and counter space for suitcases etc.

There wasn't a single towel rack in the bathroom. Only a dual hook behind the door. The swivel Makeup mirror on the wall was six foot high. Totally useless. The coffee in the breakfast area was horrible.

The rooms were great, just the right size. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast per my grandson was the best ever. I was amazed they served complimentary hot food in the evening.

My grandchildren only complaint was the pool was too cold.
