The breakfast was just fine. And the location of the place that you went to have your breakfast was perfect. EVERY DINGLE PERSON IN THE CAFETERIA/KITCHEN IS AS WONDERFUL/FRIENDLY/KIND !!

I did not like that you charged $40 to my credit card account the day I checked in. My hotel stay was prepaid. There were two charges from your hotel on the same day. One was for zero one was for $40. I will be calling the hotel this morning to determine why they charged me an extra $40. I was in town to watch my nephew played Mississippi State football And I was never in the room except to sleep. I didn’t use anything and besides I didn’t see a fridge in the room that had any amenities in it. Which is what I was told a card was going to be held for she did not say she was going to charge money to my account.

We stayed on June 29, 2024 and a room. Our son had booked, we felt like the room had not even been cleaned the way it looked. Booking.com had not followed through with directions to the hotel so there was no reservation for us when we got there, fortunately Hampton Inn honored the reservation anyway. Booking.com got everything resolved the following day with our son. The reservation for our return trip on July 6, 2024 was all set up even with a phone call confirming earlier in the day that we were already checked in. The rooms were very clean. Everything was much better this time. With both states, the hotel staff service at the front desk was wonderful.

Comfortable, clean hotel, staff was friendly. Would definitely stay again.

Only complaint was i called to make sure the pool was open. We've been on a cross country road trip with kids who so desperately wanted a pool to play in and get energy out. They told me it was open and open till 11pm. When we got there maybe three hours later at 7pm a sign said "pool closed". Huge bummer.

Your bathrooms are stellar. Best ever! Breakfast was terrific, the manager was very friendly & so patient. He showed me how to use that toaster. Ice was incredibly close & clear! Good air conditioner!

Room 311. The office chair was broken, the refrigerator made noise all night and leaked. I didn’t find the closet till morning, my fault!

Great stay, very friendly staff.

Nothing. My only problem is with booking. They really screwed up my stay but the hotel stepped in and saved the day. Booking never sent the confirmation to my hotel. I set on hold after a 7 hour drive with booking. The hotel said to just show up and they would handle it and make sure I had a room no matter what.

The property was very well maintained and there was spacious parking. The most important thing was that the room was very clean clean and was very comfortable. This was the nicest stay we have ever experienced. Highly recommend!!!

Everything was great except for the breakfast. This needs some work.

We have stayed at this location a couple times on trips. I almost chose another hotel because of past experiences, i.e. Hotel getting tired and needing updates. I'm glad I stayed the course as the hotel seemed spruce up, very clean, nice staff (especially the breakfast staff).

There was no orange juice at breakfast. No one's fault - it hadn't been delivered.

Everything!!! I hope the staff is acknowledged because this was the best hotel we have ever stayed in. The staff were amazing. They were fun and whatever we needed they were on top of it. The Hampton Inn is always great, but this one was the best ever. Keep up the good work!

The breakfast was good...plenty of options. The facility was clean, friendly helpful staff. Traveling with 4 young boys and the suite fit our overnight needs. Plenty of restaurant options nearby. Easy access from interstate.

Mattress on pull out sofa was a bit dingy and stained.

Good location Right off interstate and convenient to restaurants and other.

The construction going on at the time was the only thing I didn't like but they are updating and almost finished. It is looking wonderful and was not noisy during our stay.
