The check in was fast, easy and efficient. Parking was convenient. The location is good and far enough from others activity areas so that it's quiet. The showerhead was terrific - lots of nice, hot water, but it didn't spray painfully hard like some high flow units; very enjoyable. Breakfast was good with a nice selection. The staff is engaged and friendly.

The armchair and hassock in the room had considerable wear and should be replaced. One bedside light was broken off from its attachment to the wallboard.

My stay here was awesome! The gentleman who checked us in was so welcoming and accommodating. I mentioned I was meeting my daughter and he gave us adjoining rooms. He went above and beyond. The rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable and had all the amenities. I didn't eat the breakfast but my daughter, grandson and mother in law did. From the looks of my grandson it was pretty good! The location was pretty good. There was a grocery store (Food Giant or Mart) in the adjacent parking lot. Walmart was located in a shopping center 1/2 mile from the hotel. We ordered pizza from Pizza Hut which was in the vicinity of the Walmart. All in all if I'm ever in this area or have to meet half way this will definitely be my go to. Awesome job guys! Keep up the great customer service!!

I stay here often when I visit family in Alabama. I always know I will have a great mattress and pillow to sleep on. it’s always clean and we have never ever been disappointed

this would not change my awesome rating of the facility, since I live to stay here and have always been pleased. if there was 1 thing I would do to make it even greater, I would have vending and ice machines on every floor… although they are on 2 floors already.. no big deal, it won’t change how I feel about the excellent stay we always have

I have stayed at this hotel previously and had the same experience. The gentleman at the front desk was friendly, courteous and professional. This will be my go to when in the area! Awesome job you guys!!

It was very good. Eggs, sausage links and bacon were very good. The biscuits and gravy were great.

However there was not any juices or pancakes. Staff said they were ordered but not in yet.

The breakfast was excellent. Lots of good Cato choose from. Cinnamon rolls are yummy. Hotel very clean. Price was reasonable. I highly recommend staying there.

The mattress was past it's pouring and you could feel the side ridge/structure. And the pool heater must have been off and was too cold to get in. We chose this hotel for the pool

They didn’t come take the trash out or even make the bed and we were gone all day when we returned the room was still dirty.
