Ice machine down, poor lighting at end of building where available parking was

The staff was went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and they were incredibly friendly. I had never traveled to this city before, and they made me feel at home.

The toilet took a while to flush and the shower had traces of mold also the refrigerator freezer needed to be defrost..

The value for the money spent! The staff was very polite. Covered entrance -- it rained when we arrived!

No coffee pot in the room. Ice machine inoperative -- Mgr said that a new one was on order. No type of continental breakfast. No handrails in the bathtub/shower.

I loved the comfortable bed.

I hated the fact they said the room we got was a room with a hot tub or spa tub and it was just an oversized bathtub but charged the price of a room with a hot tub.

We were on a trip for soccer state championship and the staff was so friendly and accommodating to the whole group of active girls we had with us. They were litterally saints for putting up with us!

The bathroom could have been a little cleaner, but overall it was worth what we paid to stay as the other parents had complaints about the other hotels in the area and our staff was the best!

the mattress was a little hard for my liking and it would have been nice to have 3 pillows per bed

There was a hole in the ceiling over the bathroom so we didn't use the shower but the staff and rest of hotel were amazing.
