Nice place to walk dogs. Very clean outside also.

Did not like where workers park as their cars smelled like weed, they should park on back row by the grass. Also didn’t not like walking through cigarette smoke to get in back door in the morning when workers were getting that last puff before they had to clock in. They were not friendly at all.

Breakfast was not fit to eat. If I don’t come back it’s because of the food.

It was fresh, well stocked and the lady managing and taking care of the breakfast area was cheerful and working hard to keep it that way. She was great.

We stayed in room 422. Room was very clean and updated. The shower was great except the water was cold. Not sure if the heater needed to be turned up or replaced. Could barely stand under the water. Tooooo cold. Only reason we mention it is there is no way the staff would know to look at it for the next guest if we don’t bring it to their attention. Otherwise the entire hotel was great.

The room is very clean. The beds are comfortable. They provide large bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash inside the shower. In the room there is a mini fridge, but there isn't a microwave; you can find a microwave at the lobby. At the lobby there are 24/7 coffee and tea, also there is a game of billiards. The breakfast is good. There are variety of breads and muffins, 3 types of fruit, pancake, yogurt, oatmeal, eggs, sausage, 4 types of juice, cereal, etc. Next to the front desk you can find medicines, higyenic products, and a mini grocery( they have alcohol too). The hotel is near malls, stores, supermarkets and restaurants. Very good location. The neighborhood is quiet.

Great friendly staff, very helpful and welcoming. Room was very clean, bed was comfortable, nice smart TV that was nice watching movies on. Very nice and convenient lobby with drinks and snacks and relax area where you can play pool with friends and another area where you can just eat or chat or read a book with friends. I would definitely recommend and come back again if I'm ever back in the area.

Our first two nights we had issues with having cold water to the shower, last day it started finally working really good where it could get hot.

The bathroom needed a deep clean. The breakfast hostess was rude to us. We where just walking through with our dog and stopped to get coffee at 6:30 am and she told us we couldn't have a dog in there. We weren't going to sit down to eat just walking through. I told her what we where doing.

Chris, the young man who checked us in, was so polite and helpful, very pleasant and welcoming after a long day of travel. Tru really has a wonderful breakfast! There's most any type of food you want and it is well prepared, including cooked oatmeal, pancakes and freshly made yogurt. The coffee you serve, Lavazza, is excellent!
