The breakfast was very good,they gave a use a room at the end of the hall so we didn't hear so much noise,check in and out was easy and fast.

When we arrive there was alot of young people in the park lot being very loud and standing in the way to pull in,they did more out of the way with any problems,but it did almost make cancel and go some were else. But once I went in every thing looked safe in side. The pillows were very small and flat and for a king the room was small and the fan for the air was making rattling sound. For the price it was good.

I loved staying at this hotel. The staff were friendly the front desk clerk and the morning breakfast attendant. Both went out of their way to see that I was satisfied.

The bathroom light over the mirror would act like it was going to come on when you turned the light switch on but it never did. I did not mention it to the clerks at the desk. They would have probably got it fixed if I would have asked.

The room was very nice and clean, comfortable bed, nice bathroom area. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast choices.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the property.

We slept late and missed breakfast. First time staying in a Fairfield Inn. It was pleasant and clean. The bathrooms do need some updating but overall i liked it.

Need some upgrades in bathroom. The sink was clogged up.

The only problem that I have is that I cannot for the life of me remember the name of the Front desk person when we checked in. SUPER NICE AND VERY HELPFUL AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The front desk lady was awesome! We couldn't find my booking in the system when I got there. We found out the booking company had my first and last name reverse. She was lovely the whole time!

All staff were so friendly and interested in us and where we were from. Impressed with housekeeping, front desk and breakfast assistants.

The room was a little small. The hallway at room entry was difficult to navigate the luggage cart.

It was very clean and cozy. The front desk lady was amazing! She is the sweetest, and made the whole experience better!

Despite the repetitive phrase “due to the pandemic” we know longer have hot breakfast, the breakfast setup and food was Outstanding. Lots to choose from, brown bags for carry out provided, a variety of drinks, etc. We were quite please, never will take the place of hot breakfast, but nevertheless very exceptional. I would like to congratulate the Fairfield staff for EXCELLENT & EXCEPTIONAL customer service. The staff is quite providing, very nice and friendly. The rooms were very clean and spacious, provided fridge and microwave in the room was a plus! It was quiet also, I did not hear from other guests like some other hotels. Location was awesome, 8 minutes or less from family residents, hotels, shopping, restaurants, banks, gas stations, etc. The only thing missing was a safe to keep our valuables, so we had to take them with us every time we left the property. This could have been a higher rating if not for the pool incident.

The pool was shut down and we were not told the truth by an employee that due to COVID-19 the pool was not available and the closed pool info was on Fairfield Marriott hotel website. No it was not plus I had called before our journey to inquire if the pool was opened before I booked at this location and was informed that it would be available to enter. We were duped! We had a 100+ family reunion, wedding, and baptisms, so my family were located all over Tupelo and our location here @ the Fairfield was the ONLY hotel that pool was closed, so family that stayed here was very upset including myself. We had to go to visit other family members @ their hotel and enjoyed the pool privileges. Do not know if we will stay here again due to this deception.

Pull curtain in room a bit tattered..off the hook which took away from window decor.
