I liked that there were a variety of restaurants in walking distance, but there were other stores and amenities close by such as Lowes, Ashley furniture ,and other stores as well along with a movie theater right across the street. . Walmart, Planet Fitness, and Academy Sports were a short drive away. We were also a short drive away from their arena/conference center and downtown area. We took advantage of the complimentary breakfast. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. I loved that there was an indoor heated pool, and it was clean.

I kept having to get keys reactivated. They would work for the room but not the gym. When they were reactivated to work for the gym, they didn't for the room or pool. I would get back in the room then not be able to get to the pool, but the staff were always quick to remedy the situation.

The breakfast was outstanding. The breakfast area was very clean. Bed was comfortable. Room was very spacious.

The shower floor needs replaced. There was mold and hair embedded in the grout. The seal around the floor of the shower was slopped on and dirty looking. There was a tear in the wallpaper by the toilet roll holder. The shower bar holding the shower curtain was rusty. There were crumbs on the floor. The elevator had dirt built up in the corners of the floor. Did you save this room for booking.com guests??? The pillows and sheets smelled old and not fresh at all.

It was clean and comfortable. It was a little difficult to get to from the interstate.

When we checked in they said we did not have a reservation thru Booking.com even though we had a confirmation number. The clerk told me that she did have a room and would give us a Best Western discount rate if we enroll in their frequent stay program. The rate was higher than the Booking rate. I paid that rate. The next morning when checking out I asked the clerk for a receipt and asked if she knew why our reservation was not there. She looked it up and said that, “your reservation was cancelled”. She said she would change the rate back to the Booking rate and honor it. Sounded suspicious and wonder if I had not questioned it again would they have done anything.

Every thing was fine. We were driving the Natchez Trace from north to south so this was a perfect location for a first night stay. We were able to find a good restaurant for dinner and we were able to visit Elvis Presley's birthplace the next morning and to find a sandwich shop to buy a picnic lunch for when back on the trace.

We had no problems.

Room was comfortable and clean. Close to many places to eat. It’s a fairly new property. Breakfast was very good. Well stocked and hot. Area is expanding with shopping and food choices.

The design choices of wallpaper in the shower room seemed inappropriate, they are peeling already. The shower/toilet room and sink lights are on one switch so if you need to use the bathroom or shower and someone else is sleeping, all the lights are on! Design here is an issue not hotel’s issue.

This motel worked beautifully for us. There was a Chili's Restaurant right next door, where we were able to get food to bring back to our room to eat. The room was spacious, comfortable and quiet.

I can't really think of much that I'd have improved our experience. We did have a malfunctioning lamp but that was it. This was a great resting place on our way South.

The location was nice. Staff was very friendly. The room smelled amazing when we walked in and it was nice and clean. The swimming pool was clean and you could smell that good chlorine smell when you walked into the pool room. That’s always a plus for us! It makes it feel cleaner. Breakfast was also great!

My room was very spacious & clean. I really like the location and surrounding Resturant's in the area. Aubra was really nice and provide great customer service during My stay. Breakfast was hot and fresh. I would highly recommend this Hotel and I Will definitely be staying here again. Thanks in Advance

Heating Unit made rattling noise.

Booking was easy, the location was great, the staff was friendly, everything was clean, and breakfast was good and had a nice selection.

The only complaint we had was the shower head leaked, so half of the water went in the shower and the rest of it went on the floor, but we mentioned it to the lady at the front desk who checked us out and she said it would be addressed. Aside from that everything was great.

This hotel was amazing. Traveling through with my family and this hotel was extremely clean, staff was very kind. They over booked the queen rooms and gave us 2 king rooms for the price of one. Breakfast was good and lots of food and stores near by. Also a very sweet woman working the breakfast bar made sure to stop and ask us how the stay was and if we needed anything. Will stay here again when passing through! 😊
