The entire staff, front desk, housekeeping, service breakfast were all very friendly and accommodating - entering and leaving the hotel we were always greeted with a good morning, good evening and hope you have a nice day, or when returning hope your day was good.

Carpeting in the room needs to be replaced - shower tub and sink did not drain, standing water. Bathroom floor was very sticky - there is Not enough space in the bathroom to hang towels to dry, there is only one hook on the back of the door a few hooks to hang towels would eliminate need to use towels only once.

I liked the cleanliness and the location. Everything was nearby. I like that my dog was welcome with no surcharge.

The was about ten men in the parking lot, next to the entrance drinking, smoking and loud music. We arrived late Saturday night driving from North Carolina. The next morning I asked for a late check out. My son who is stationed in Oklahoma was meeting us there. It was the halfway point since US 40 is closed due to the hurricane damage us. He was arriving at 12:00. I was told that we could not stay an extra hour.

We had traveled over 16 hours through driving rain from Jacksonville NC with a moving truck w/ trailer, 2 cars, 2 dogs and an infant. We arrived around 1:30 CDT, utterly exhausted, about 4 hours after our projected arrival time. The staff accommodated our situation perfectly with a cheerful greeting despite the late hour. The room was nice and comfortable. Just what we needed!

The lighting in the room has an unusually harsh blue-white color. It would be fairly easy to use LED lightbulbs with a bit warmer color.

Check in was a smooth process. We liked being close to different restaurants and stores. The beds were comfortable, and the room had plenty of space.

The room needed a good deep clean, there was an old key card and trash behind the dresser. There was a handprint on the wall, and the bathroom door looked like something had been spilled on it, there were lines where a dark liquid ran down the door. We also used the pool and the restroom outside was locked.

Nice.. Neat and Clean.. had one bad experience in March… room was Not cleaned at all.. but other than that everything’ s been good..

Overall .. everything’s been good.. except that one time.. but I was given another room and it was clean and neat.. I always make a reservation. Rarely do I get a floor on the ground.. ( which I prefer.. ).. only once

The facility and rooms were Very clean and comfortable!!

They didn't have hot water in the showers, and the front desk clerk stated that it was due to a big gas explosion that affected their gas lines connections. They need to have a backup resource or plan of action so that the guest can still have options to take a hot,cold, or luke warm shower/bath.

Staff was amazing and very helpful. The rooms were very nice and clean, they even had a great smell, it didn't smell musty and used like some of the hotels I have stayed in. The gym was clean and the equipment was great to get a nice work out in. The breakfast was great in the morning.

It was clean. Breakfast was actually really good. The staff was super friendly. No complaints!

I got the room right by the elevator on the 2nd floor and could hear it ding whenever it was used. Also because of the room’s location , I heard chatter from the other guests as they were waiting for the elevator. Or as they were departing the elevator. Would probably ask for a room further away from the elevator if I stayed again. However, I will say that after bedtime, there wasn’t much noise at all.

God sized suite and staff very helpful

Breakfast is the exact same every day. Needs some variety for those staying longer than 1or 2 days. Also if you get breakfast a bit late( bit will 1/2 hr before breakfast time ends, there was almost nothing left.

The decor in the room and lobby was very nice. I especially liked the color of the flooring in the room. The fitness room was very complete and clean. The man who checked me in was very friendly. The breakfast met my expectations

The water pressure in the shower could have been stronger and water a little hotter.
