We love the location! It's off the main strip and very quiet. The front desk staff are always amazing no matter what time you check in!

I write about the curtains in every review but to date nothing has changed. The rooms NEED curtains! It's so bright when the sun comes up that you cannot sleep. Unfortunately I had a migraine on Saturday and it was IMPOSSIBLE to sleep in a cold, dark room because there are only blinds. I know curtains sound minimal but when you're paying more than $100 a night that's a small thing to ask. This visit our headboard was not attached to the wall so any movement would cause it to hit against the wall. That got annoying very quickly. Lastly, I wish there were "curved" shower curtain rods for a little extra room. It's hard to shower when the shower curtain is constantly "blowing in" and touching you.

Very clean, recently remodeled. Nice value for the Branson area! Pool was also very clean and well maintained.

Main door to living area didn’t seal well so water leaked in during a storm while we were there. We put towels down to catch the water.

We love the location, size of the rooms, that there is a washer and dryer in each room and that the kids have fun activities to do at no charge.

The one thing I complain about here, almost every time we stay, is that there are no curtains. It makes it IMPOSSIBLE to sleep once the sun rises. Our windows did have a little tint but the room is too bright without curtains. A few things I didn't mention to maintenance but should have: 1. The drain in the bathroom sink is broke and stays completely closed. The "stick thing" that you push down to drain the sink was not connected at all and the "stopper" could not come out so my husband placed 2 quarters near the drain to keep it open. 2. The blinds in both rooms were broken/missing blinds so that was a little frustrating. 3. Our fridge door would not stay closed because the rail hit the crisper each time. We took the rail out and it worked fine.

The location was wonderful. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Our stay was very quiet and relaxing. The pool and the pool area were spotless and very well maintained. We really enjoyed it! Our room was so clean, the beds and pillows were super comfy. The kitchen was so handy to have and so were the in room washer and dryer. The weekend we were there which was June 21-June 24 of 2024, it was brutally hot outside and it was soooo nice to come back to a room with the air conditioner so cold!!! We both slept like babies every night and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. We love to visit Branson and we are season pass holders for Silver Dollar City, so we will for sure be staying there again!

I honestly cannot think of one thing that we didn't like about our stay. :)

The location was excellent! Easy access to the things we wanted to see, restaurants, shopping, but away from the main strip and traffic. Nice to return to a tranquil, relaxing environment. Room size provided ample room to relax and not feel cramped at all.

Would have been nice to have enough coffee pods for the 4 days and not have to buy them. 2 pods seemed a bit skimpy for the days there. Sofa bed was most uncomfortable! Guest unable to sleep on it. Had to sleep on sofa which was not ideal. Will know to get 2 beds next time.

Very peaceful. Staff friendly and welcoming. Clean rooms. Pool was very nice and the lounge area was nice. Beds were comfortable.

No shampoo or soap for showers. Even if it were travel size would be nice. No coffee for big coffee pot. No lights leading down outside stairs not safe could fall when dark out. Play area could be updated but had fun playing mini golf. Pillows in room were horrible.

The property looked like they had recently renovated the outside. There were extra amenities that were a great extra but we did not have time to utilize them in a short weekend trip. I liked its location, it was easy to get in and out and was close to backroads to avoid the busy strip. My favorite thing, and the resin I booked the room in the first place, was that each bedroom had its own bathroom. And their shower heads were the best I have ever had in a hotel or condo!

No elevator in the building we were assigned to. The beds weren’t new, but they weren’t horrible either. I did NOT like how much light came thru the miniblinds! I like a DARK room to sleep in so I had to cover my eyes. If there had been a curtain rod, I would have bought blackout curtains and donated them at checkout. The only other issue I had was I wish the bathroom had been a little cleaner and that the toilet had flushed a little better. I don’t think anyone had stayed in our room for a little while because there was a little mildew in the toilet.

We loved everything about this place. It's our second time visiting there. The beds are so comfortable. Love the kitchen, living room, in room washer and dryer, lots of space. It was spotless and had everything we needed. Location is perfection and the front desk staff were wonderful. Great place to stay and we'll be back for sure!

Loved every single thing about it.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating! Spacious facility. Outdoor activities such as pool and mini golf included. Kitchen has serving for 6 of everything. Quiet hotel and surrounding area. One AC wasn’t cooling sufficient (3 in the apartment) and it was late when I called, it was fixed when we got back from our float trip the next day. Telling you this because things happen but it’s how the resort deals with them they matters. They handled it in a very timely manner. When we arrived it was 2 hours before check in and we had stuff in the back of the truck to unload so there wasn’t much to do since we didn’t want to leave the items unsecured. I called to see if we could check in early and they let me know my room wasn’t ready yet but to call back in 30-45 minutes. We just stopped back in an hour and they let us check in early. I cannot recommend this resort more, especially for families. If we would have had to book 2 regular hotel rooms we could. It have spent the time together that this resort afforded.

Everything was great.

We were very happy with our stay overall. All of the staff were very friendly and our condo was very clean and comfortable.

My only complaint was that the gym isn't open 24 hours. I had planned on utilizing it either early in the morning or later in the evening each day, but I was very disappointed to find out it's only open from 7-7 every day, which didn't work for me.
