Facilities were clean, Vending machines were adequate, the beds were comfortable.

Gor woken up at 4 in the morning by kids pounding on the door. I called securely to inform them I was startled awake. Had a hard time going back to sleep. The fire alarm went off with no mention of what was happening. Until I asked a maintenance worker who was kind. The elevator situation was horrible. That needs tk be rectified like circus circus. Certain elevators gounb to cerayon floors. Gift shops rather expensive. $30 for a shirt.

I liked the arcade and pool side cafe. The hotel accommodates families.

It took a very long time to receive our property to our room. It was a holiday weekend, and only two bellmen were working. Not to mention only 4 carts for them to use. The pool was good until 8 pm when kids had to leave, which to me was not making a lot of sense, especially since 21 and older can go to Harrahs and no children were allowed there. We went as a family, so if kids had to end the pool visit, so did we. Also, the carpet in the room was stained and dirty and limited outlets to use and the one we used was messed up

The room was clean and the staff was very helpful.

The Carnegie restaurant is not a very welcoming restaurant. Went for dinner had to wait for the waitress at least 20 minutes to take the order. Food is good but service sucks. Went back in the morning service was better but after you get your food don't need anything else because you won't find anyone to get it for you. Very unhappy with the service in this restaurant. The lights are not plugged into the wall sockets had to plug in myself to be able to use the lamp.

The facilities, the Casino, are good.

The isolation of Laughlin, any road that takes you there is a lonely winding road of 30 miles without services or any type of security. You are on your own if anything or anyone intercepts you. Don't ever drive at night. The other problem is that on the 6th floor I had 135Kbps of internet, not even 1 MBps !!! You can't even send a text with that. I work remotely and it made it impossible. Glad I only stayed one night on my way to Arizona.

The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night, not sure what it was, no buffets, sad alittle expensive, no machines paying anything back, I spent 500.00 won 80.00, not good never happened before going there, 😢 😕 I love Laughlin but it seems like it's really struggling, the staff very nice and helpful. With what the had, a lot of drinks we tried to order a they're specialties couldn't get due to lack of the ingredients main ingredients.. just 😔 this time.

Best hotel in Laughlin from my experience. Cafe is very good, sub shop is very good, late night fast food counter is okay. Shower and bathroom are clean and work good, bed was comfortable, and room was clean. 5th floor has been the nicest I’ve experienced. 6th floor was more out dated, but still very nice compared to other property’s in Laughlin. All of the staff is wonderful, perfect, pleasant and accommodating. Right next door to in and out burger for cheap late night meals, and a convenience store close by for late night snacks. Parking is free and well secured. This is my favorite place to stay in Laughlin, and glad I’m earning ceasers rewards on all my purchases.

Did not like 6th floor room as much as 5th floor room. Elevator #12 smells musky. Paying resort fee is kinda BS, just set the price higher and stop blind siding people with resort fee.

Bed was highly uncomfortable, pillows flat. I wiped mucus off the bathroom wall upon arrival above toilet (was very gross). The holes should be closed up a little in bathroom ceiling and shoulder head needs siliconed to wall. As far as casino area: Cotton candy machine lied and doesn’t make shapes basically fraud was very upset when it cost 8.25$ threw it away. No way to get a refund

There wasn't a whole lot of people there when we went also we had been given a small room upgrade for a comp of only 11.29$ weappreciated that so very much the attendant that was working the first time I've ever seen a male working the front desk very professional. Very polite and adhering to our requests and have been attentive on his interpersonal skills and his customer service abilities. Keep up the good work.

The fact that there wasn't any nonsmoking rooms but also when I look at the whole situation because we got better a better price for it being a smoking room with a spa which usually I pay a good 25 to 30 bucks for depending on the night.

Talked to tropicana person week before arrival the necessity of connecting rooms because we were traveling with Uncle who is 90 years old. Upon arrival did not have connecting rooms assigned and had to pay upgrade to get connecting rooms. I understand that with the reservation it is only a request for rooms, but when you talk to Hotel person prior to arrival and you confirmed that you were getting connecting rooms and then show up with adjacent rooms is not right.

I love the smoking rooms and the elevators were easy to access and the parking garage was easy to get in and out of and getting to the room was easy from the car no matter what level you have to park on and the wifi is pretty good and for the days we were there it wasn’t a terrible price

It felt old in the rooms like it’s never been updated the bed weren’t the worst but we’re pretty hard and old you would thing for paying a daily 15 dollar resort fee for a pool and hot tub they can at least upgrade the rooms to look a little more modern but i still loved the place and will be back
