The light in the toilet was not working, and the previous customer left their under garments in one of the drawers.

Clean, updated and comfortable rooms. The hotel was a bit far from the crowds but that was ok with us. Location was still good. Walks right out to the boardwalk.

Nothing about the property, but the front desk staffs could be more amiable. No greetings, no smiles. They look like they hate their job. Also to note, they need to include an additional role of toilet paper. Especially for guest staying longer than 1 night! The roll that was in our room when we checked in was almost done and they didn’t include an additional one in the bathroom. I hate having to ask house keeping when it should just be complimentary.

Very kind and courteous front desk and concierge service 😀 Loved the ocean view. Only have 1 sort of negative comment...the night dispatch lady that took my call Sunday evening was very busy, so I gave her some Lee-way, but she seemed annoyed taking my call and was a little rude.. the safe in my room wasn't working and I wasn't sure why the landline phone in my room wasn't working. I put in a request to have them looked at. No one came to look at either. The next day, I walked down to the front desk to find out about my requests, and she couldn't find any requests. She apologized and put in the request for me. The security team was very fast and fixed the safe for me but was told the land lines don't work and that I would need to use my personal phone. Not sure why you would have a phone in the room if they don't work. 🤔 Maybe I misunderstood. Overall, it was a very good experience! ***one last note : if you want to use the pool, you will need to make a reservation and pay for a seat. Might want to include that in the amenities. (This was a surprise for me)

Having to pay to go to the pool. I was okay with making a reservation but thought it odd to pay for my seat🤔 Not having a microwave in the room. Had leftovers from the restaurant, but there was no way to reheat food.

Room was clean, however the bathroom smelled funny, almost like urine. There was sticky dots on the ceiling above the bed and on the soffet above the TV. We deduced that it was from decorations being hung in the room by a previous occupant. Weird that housekeeping didnt remove them. Room was quiet, bed was comfortable, bathroom operated as expected. The room was on the 38th floor, centurion tower.

Urine smell in bathroom and weird sticky dots on ceiling from previous occupants. Parking garage elevator area could be cleaner. Is the hotel dog friendly? Saw dogs a few times-Inside the hotel/casino areas.

The Centurion Tower Rooms were absolutely stunning. The beds were super comfy, and the shower was amazing and beautiful! Best place we have stayed at in Atlantic City for sure.

The valet attendants were rude when I was dropping off my elderly parents. They told me I wasn't allowed to stay there. Drop-Off off literally took less than a minute to get them out of the car. Checking in early and willing to pay the early check-in fee of $30 didn't happen. I had to go up three times to see if my rooms were available every hour. They don't offer check-in and text when your room is available, which I thought was strange.

Room was spacious and clean. Employees were polite and helpful.

The hotel charged an extra resort fee of 31.80 each day. This was not reflected in the total cost that booking confirmed. It would probably not mattered in booking the room but I find it a little duplicitous on the part of booking. These fees should be included in the final price confirmed by booking. Also we went to the pool only to be told that we would have to pay $20 each for a chair. And that we needed to reserve a seat ahead of time. That kind of spoiled the trip as we were looking forward to spending the day by the pool. No information was available in the room to explain services available, policies or restaurant hours etc.

I liked the amenities, restaurants etc. the parking was also good. The staff was very friendly.

The door in our room 569 was very hard to open and close. It kept sticking to the floor. No one should be placed in this room because of it what if there is an emergency? The lamp and pictures were dusty. A Pandora bead was found in one of the beds. I didn’t know about using ivy to request things until my last day but I didn’t need it. I also wasn’t sure if ordering food for delivery to the room included an extra fee.

The room , except a false fire alarm went off while we were sleeping . It scared us out of bed , we had to go down 44 flights of stairs, stand outside in our pajamas for about a half hour .

The casino and restaurants. Caesar’s casino wasn’t clean and it was difficult to get a drink while playing. The restaurants are closed to early and open to late. The only thing to eat is one little very expensive deli with terrible food . The buffet is gone .

It’s was a great location. Lobby was nice and picturesque. Everyone was nice and approachable .The food was good at deli pizza great!

The rooms needed a makeover. Bathrooms had old fixtures ,that were in need of repair.carpet looked worn. Homeless people kept begging for money. In the Hard Rock hotel we even had a person come right up to us. My husband got a rewards card and was told we could get free parking. The parking attendant didn’t know what we were talking about. Had to pay 25 $ instead of of 15. Finally, was charged an early fee 17.$ to get a room early. I would understand if the room wasn’t ready.

The non smoking room we had was very nice. But I reserved two rooms and the front desk staff told me that the second room had to be a smoking room. Hotel was very clean and modern.

Front desk staff was awful. I booked two rooms and one was a double non smoking room that I booked 3 months prior to arrival and when I was checking in, I was told that with the company I used, I could only get a smoking room! I then cancelled my reservation and rebooked through booking.com which said it had not-smoking rooms. When I tried to check in under that reservation, I was again told that they had no more non-smoking rooms and that I had to contact booking to cancel my reservation. I did that and a stuck around to ask a few guests checking in after me and they all told me they got non-smoking rooms. I wasted 4 hours checking in and still had to switch hotels. Terrible, terrible front desk customer service.
