The staff was very friendly from start to finish. Our room was clean and well-stocked. It was nice having coffee, a mini fridge, and a microwave in the room. The AC was nice and cold! Having beach access included with your stay and optional towels/beach chairs was a very nice touch! There were 3 pools (2 outdoor and 1 indoor) as well as 2 hot tubs to use, even though they are on different sides of the road, but it's a quick walk. The beach was very close, and the La Vela Beach restaurant offered breakfast, lunch and early dinner with a nice view. My kids absolutely loved the ice cream spot at the hotel side (Uncle Louie Gs).

The beds were quite hard, even my kids complained. It would've been nice to have some type of store at the lobby that sold coffee, tea, and toiletries. There were vending machines but the coffee offered in the room was not great. Housekeeping services beyond emptying garbage and restocking towels cost extra...that's disappointing. But overall, I would stay here again.

The mats on the sand made it much easier to pull the beach carts. Your staff were very attentive, pleasant, and polite. They checked in and asked if we needed anything each day. Was happy to see a safe in the room. The air-conditioning was excellent. I can't wait to come back. Was happy to notice no smoking or vaping. The grounds were well manicured, and the staff were very friendly.

There was no window screen to leave the window open for fresh air. If i wanted to turn off the air-conditioning, I couldn't because the bugs would come in.

Rooms were nice. The italian ice place on the property was excellent. The beach was clean and had lifeguards.

Was in a building across the street not directly on the ocean. It was advertised as beachfront. Had to make my own beds or was going to be charged an extra 25 dollars each night.

Location is the BEST! 2 outdoor pools and one indoor pool and hot tub were fantastic. Outdoor pools close 8 pm while the indoor pool close at 11 pm. Billiards table available, nominal fee. Nice restaurant and bar and quaint restaurant overlooking the ocean for breakfast and lunch. However, one time the Lido had to close for unexplained circumstances. Just a quick walk to Jenkinsons boardwalk. Really a good place

A lower price, but that being said, you get what you pay for and parking for one car is included, beach access is included, beach chairs are included pool toys for kids are included.

The staff was very friendly. The room was clean and had extra towels already in the room. We stayed during off-season so the price was affordable. The indoor pool and sauna were nice additions. Extras bonus was having a make-up mirror at the sink. Very impressed!!

The only downfall was that they do not have a restaurant just vending machines.

Absolutely loved the private beach access! That was our favorite part! We loved the personalized hotel sweatshirts also. The pools were very nice.

The continental breakfast was in the other resort building and not in our resort. The price of the beer was astronomical…but I guess it’s to be expected in a place so incredible.

Close to the beach

When I check in nobody tell me, about what the installation have to enjoy my time there. Like about the swimming pools, bar, restaurant and another things that I discovered at the end by myself

Clean place ! Perfect spot for beach & boardwalk. 3 pools . Wonderful restaurant & bar !

Tub stoppers didn’t work we had a large family with children. Booked 3 rooms couldn’t give the kids a bath.

Upon check in and during my stay I dealt with Raevina at the front desk. She was an absolute pleasure to deal with. She made me feel welcome, had a wonderful smile and personality. Every question that I asked her during my stay was answered with a smile .

Very Clean and The Room was Beautiful,the view of the sea and Beach.The Staff at The Restaurant made us feel at home😊😊

No kitchen,no plates ,glasses,forks,spoons ,knives, No microwave plates to heat up food.
