The woman at the front desk was not friendly and barely answered our questions; it was as if we were bothering her.

The hotel staff were all very nice beginning with the front desk at check-in and the VIP loung staff - Gloria was wonderful. The room was clean and the view was beautiful!

Parking should be offered for free since it is an outdoor parking lot and not an indoor parking lot.

Other than the below. It was great

The toilet ran all night and I had to turn the water off. Didn’t know I needed a parking pass until I saw cats had them as it was never told to me when I checked in. Luckily I asked and didn’t have my car towed.

You really need to update furniture. Sand and paint. Fridge needs change. But mainly the furniture. Way to many visible dents and scratches on furniture. Room 313

When you book online and look at the pictures for hotels this hotel matches it's pictures. The rooms were clean staff was great.

Really nothing I was happy with my stay.

Clean, Modern, Comfortable and 5 minutes away from MetLife. We stayed for a concert that was happening there and it was super convenient!

The only thing that happened was a power outage the first night but it only lasted about 10-15 minutes. Imagine it may have been due to the heat wave. Also I know all the hotels in the area jacked prices for the event, but we paid a very pretty penny for just two nights.

Food was great! Very good taste. Closes place to eat breakfast.

Expect to pay more than you expected. We payed $50.00 for two bacon, egg, and cheese sandwiches. Chocolate milk and orange juice. Two cups of mixed fruit. All for that hefty price of $50.00 tip and service fee included. A 6.98 service fee which I did not know about until I got my bill. Sandwiche and fruit $14.99 each. Milk and juice $5.00 each.

i did like that view that i had that came with my room . Also arrived early and got a room earlier than my arrival .

My AC was going in and out in my room.

The staff were incredibly nice and helpful. The room was clean. We saw a comedy show there the night of our stay, it was nice to be able to see the show have a couple drinks at the bar after.
