Honestly, it’s a very good hotel. Rooms are comfy, saw them cleaning open spaces often (washing lobby floors, planting doors, etc). Breakfast was complete (eggs, bacon/sausage, pancakes, cereal etc). Stayed for 3 nights and was able to mix it up at breakfast. Used to shuttle to get to and from the train station, however service for pickup was a little slow (had to call several times).

Fab location, big clean rooms, car park and lovely Italian restaurant on site. Breakfast until 10.30 and check out by 12 made it the perfect place to stay before flying home except had issues with breakfast and check out

The fact that when we went down for breakfast at quarter to 10 we were told we were too late to sit in the lovely dining room and had to sit in the bar and none of the hot food was being replenished as everything was out and although you could help yourself until 10.30 breakfast was actually over and they were setting the room up for lunch. We had some food and went back to our rooms to relax for a bit planning to leave at 11.45 and reception phoned us and said we had to be out at 11. My husband went down with a printout of our confirmation email showing 12 o' clock check out and the receptionist said policy had changed and it was 11. Got a senior member of staff who said on this occasion they would honour the late checkout so be aware when booking if this is something you need

We were pleasantly surprised by our room. I booked the room with a King bed and a Queen. There was a lot of space and the queen was a real bed, not a pull out sofa. If you are gong for a Met Life Concert, after the show, take the free bus to Seacaucus train station and grab an Uber from there. 13.00 to hotel. Impossible to get Uber from Stadium and the shuttle to hotel had ended because it was late.It was a quick and comfortable stay. Breakfast is included and was just right. Coffee was delicious, eggs, pancakes, even fresh fruit. Staff was super sweet at breakfast. Bring tip money! I forgot.

.. Lobby furniture could use a refresh, but that's the only negative I noticed. Shuttle was great taking us to train. About 10 min drive.

I liked there was a free shuttle to the train station that lead to New York. The Bellman was available for transport within 10 min of request for a drop off or pick up. Every one was very friendly and courteous. There was breakfast provided free every morning, and not just a hard muffin and scrappy coffee. Hot breakfast everyday; eggs, potatoes, pancakes, sausage or bacon, pasties and breads as well as coffee and juices.

The location was a little out of the way for what we needed to do but that was our choice. More affordable rates made up for the distance we needed to travel.

Very clean. The fact that I can smell the hint of bleach from the bedding linen and towels assured me that all are clean and disinfected. With the endless of contagious disease spreading in the news, cleanliness is big deal for me. Really kudos to their housekeeping team. Room get clean everyday too. Breakfast are filling though simple, but that doesn't bother me. For the level of hotel they are, they have provided a good service and stay for me and family. Free parking onside 👍

AC can be loud, but that can be expected from all window AC unit.

Great location with lots of services and restaurants around the hotel. It is close to American Dream mall and Nickelodeon Universe theme park if you plan going there. Hotel is clean and comfortable. The rooms are spacious with a good view. Staff is pleasant, helpful and easy to reach for any requests. The complimentary shuttle service is great and works really well if one is not driving. Breakfast was great, and they had a large sitting area with an extension around the bar. They are also very organized. Overall, it was a very pleasant and comfortable stay at this hotel. No issues at all.

As it was our intention to stay in New York City but their accommodation charges were prohibitive for us, we found this hotel reasonable as well as being very handy for its half-hourly free shuttle service to and from Secaucus Rail Station to catch trains to NYC. Lovely breakfast buffet with some changes to the table daily. There are a couple of restaurants such as Wendy's, Asian and handy for evening meals in the nearby mall within short walking distance as its restaurant does not serve evening meals on Sundays. The reception staff was excellent ensuring our stay comfortable and ready to assist with travel times of their shuttle bus service and to order the taxi to the airport to catch plane to Memphis, our next destination of our 16-day four-city Eastern USA trip.

Can not think of any negativity on this hotel!

Price was fantastic and condition and cleanliness of the room and facility was great. We checked in late and left early. Last minute price was great!! I would definitely book this hotel online again!

Front desk staff was not the best. Late night check-in person was pleasant, but was unable to determine if we could extend another night. I called the next day to extend the stay and she said she had rooms, but could not match the online prices, so I should reserve that way. Odd. It also took her a very long time to figure that out.

The room was well appointed with lights and lamps that all worked. The sheets and pillows were comfortable and there were plenty of towels. The bed was very comfortable. A small, refrigerator was provided. There were plenty of bedside access for my electronics.

Room service did not pick up the phone. I left a message and they never responded. We went to order and pick up at the restaurant and they forgot part of our order. The food was lacking.

The rooms and hotel was clean with polite friendly staff. They were accommodating with us possibly being a late check in, but when that changed they had no problem checking us in early. Although the room was a little warm when we arrived I loved that they turn the heat/air and refrigerator back to conserve energy when no one was there! The bathroom was clean and the beds were comfortable. It is in a great location to get to American Dream, Secaucus Expo Center and NYC. The staff told us they have a shuttle that ran to the expo center, but we didn't use it but a convenient feature! There is restaurant in the hotel. There was plenty of parking even with an event in the hotel Friday evening. We are talking about staying here again soon. Compared to other hotels in the area with the convenience to get everywhere we wanted to go it was a good value when we were looking to book.

If you are planning to spend any time in your room be aware the TV is tiny. My son was involved in a competition at the expo center and with COVID, I was not allowed to spectate. I was in the room most of the day and I know most people staying there aren't. It was a little disappointing. Also the desk lamp didn't work. We couldn't use our breakfast vouchers do to my son's schedule. Usually complimentary breakfast start before 8 and we can at least grab items to go like pop tarts, granola bars or prepackaged bagels. It is by busy highways and there is road noise if that bothers you, but for the price and convenience it wasn't a big deal to us!
