The staff that checked us in were very friendly. We happened to stay during a heat wave with temperatures reaching 100* F. It was such a relief to walk into a room that was not only clean and comfortable, but nice and cool with the air-conditioning already turned on. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices. It was set up efficiently with multiple stations that had a variety of food options, both hot and cold. There was a separate area with a coffee bar which featured a variety of freshly ground, brewed coffee's and frappachinos. There were "to go" bags placed near the fresh fruit if you wanted to take a snack with you. We stayed two nights. I noticed each morning that the manager Irene would walk through the dining area, checking on both the food and the guests, asking if everything was okay and were they enjoying their stay. I've never seen a manager do that in any hotel I've ever stayed at. She was very friendly. Between her and her staff, everything was smooth and efficient.

I honestly can't think of a single complaint.

The location was perfect as it is right next to Rio Rancho and close to Jemez Pueblo. Which was where I wanted to be. The free breakfast was decent. Hot food included eggs, sausage and biscuits with gravy. Freshly made pancakes. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean.

The room was a little worn out, the bedding was ripped and practically falling apart. There was no hot water at the end of the day so I had to take a cold shower. There was a lot of noise in the middle of the night that woke me up and I couldn’t fall asleep. The walls were thin so I could hear everything. Then air conditioner in the room made noise. Not what I would except for a Holiday Inn and for the price.

Every single thing. After the 1st day of me missing out on breakfast and just sitting with my family I told front desk I'm vegan and allergic to dairy. IHG hotels are supposed to have vegan options is why we booked so they confirmed but they didn't have any so Reina went above and beyond and got me vegan butter, yogurt and milk so I could eat breakfast with everyone during NM Albuquerque's hot air balloon fest.

Not a thing!

From the moment we arrived it was a good experience. There was parking close to the building, and the front desk people were more than friendly and helpful! Angelo, Reina and Irene were especially pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable, and quiet. The breakfast had a great variety and was continually stocked. The whole hotel was in very nice shape and every employee we met was friendly. It was a very nice stay!

The staff was friendly and incredibly helpful! Breakfast was delicious and varied. My family enjoyed the pool/spa area. We also appreciated the coffee machine 😄

It would be nice if housekeeping was done everyday, but I was satisfied with how clean and well stocked they left the room when it was cleaned. Everything else was amazing!

Clean, good location, good breakfast.

When we first showed up, receptionist had no smile, no welcome, not a word! She put her hand out for my card and asked for incidentals. My wife said that was the worst reception that we’ve ever had at a hotel! She didn’t have a name tag, but wife asked the next morning and was told her name was Ava.

Good location- quick access to restaurants, gas station, grocery stores and main road. Good warm breakfast. Comfy room. Loved the layout.Clean and smells good. Spacious bathroom with refillable toiletries. A/ C working well in this scorching heat. Good size refrigerator with freezer in it. Love the furnitures and storage cabinets.

Parking is tight and a bit tricky. We don't think there is soundproofing on these rooms. We didn't sleep well; walls shaking every time a door open & closes, footsteps above us, traffic in the hallway,  noisy A/ C, waterpipes.

The room was clean and had what we needed. The location was convenient, the breakfast was excellent and the entire staff was friendly.

The door to the adjoining room wasn't thick enough and the space under it was too big, which allowed us to hear everything that was said next door. The manager was willing to move us, but, fortunately, the Loud family left halfway through our stay.

I love how i always sleep on a cloud here, it’s so comfortable. The breakfast is my most favorite. So delicious and i love the manager Irene interactions with us making sure our breakfast and stay was good, thanks to her i felt extra welcomed. We love staying here
