The place was awesome, clean. Front desk let kids swim an extra 30 minutes.

At midnight they had shift change and front desk called us wanting information on us. I thought it was a prank call so I hung up. He came pounding on the door yelling that he needed information on us or we needed to leave. We did not open the door then and told him we would get dress and go to the front desk. He was really rude, and needed the information because he had messed up the paperwork. He was very unprofessional, we couldn't fall back asleep because we woke up really scared not knowing what was going on. Never will I stay there again.

Our neighbors or people around us were smoking marijuana and it was smelly throughout the hallway and it was going into our room and we had an infant and toddler in the room. But the staff addressed the people and resolved the issue and gave me extra towels to put at the door to help keep out the smell and apologized for the issue, which they didn't have to because it was not their fault. Thank you staff.

The staff was extremely accommodating and very friendly. They were also helpful with suggestions about places to go and always went out of their way to talk to us upon on return from each trip.

The jets on the hot tub could be adjusted do they did not have such force.. they went outside the hot tub with the pressure. Hard to relax and enjoy.

Great place to stay and great price! Very clean rooms with a very friendly staff. The family loved the pool. They also loved the continental breakfast since it had many options for everyone.

The only downside was the shower in the morning. Luke warm at best and then did eventually get warmer. Maybe it had to do with the hotel being at full capacity and it being a busy time in the morning.

The staff was very courteous. The location was great. Our room was quiet and comfortable and the A/C made it very nice. We will definitely consider staying her again!

The only down was the pillows….they were nice and soft but too big for us. We bring our pillows along with us so it really wasn’t a problem.

We had a king suite, and the room was large and on the main level. Everyone was so friendly.

Would rathered have had a shower than a tub and shower combination. Also, it would help to have a few gluten-free items for breakfast.

Great value for the momey. A large room, comfortable bed. Indoor pool and hot tub. Free WiFi, parking, and breakfast. We are on a road trip and this is the best place we have stayed in for the price.

The hot tub jets are too powerful and need adjusting

The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The parking lot was well lit. The breakfast was good with breakfast sandwiches, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, muffins, toast bagels, fruit, and of course, green chiles. Both the evening shift employee, Naomi, and morning, Travis, were very friendly.

The shower pressure wasn’t quite as high as I would like.

Breakfast was great. I have a very limited diet and I was able to find something to eat--hardboiled eggs! The person checking me in was very friendly and helpful with my autistic sons. The manager was very nice.

The breakfast was amazing! I liked that I was able to choose from different prepackaged Jimmy Dean sandwiches.

I didn't like that I had to wake up so early to leave for work, haha, I would have rather stayed in the comfy bed!
