The customer service at this location was excellent. The staff made it well worth the stay. They were informative and worked with us when we needed anything. The room was comfortable and the A/C, I believe was from the artic. It worked so well that we actually had to turn it up so we wouldn't freeze. We had to even ask for another blanket to keep warm, however it was over 100° and we didn't want to chance getting too hot since we were in the area for hospital services. The shower was super refreshing with a pulsating showerhead and it stayed nice and hot during all our showers.

There were only a couple of things we disliked. While the shower was amazingly refreshing, the drain didn't drain the water well. It was just slow to drain. On another matter, when we turned off the lights it would also turn off the charging locations connected to the lights. Thankfully we had an extra adapter with multiple plugins that worked for the issue.

I liked how close they were to where we needed to be, the staff was extremely friendly and warm and I loved how welcoming they were to us. They got to our issues asap and were able to be there for us. They also didn't charge us for our dog which I thought was amazing

The room was a bit stifled with very little air flow. I wish they would have had a better breakfast...grab and go was really hard and we went without breakfast because of it. The door had an issue. Which tells me they are not checking the security of their doors.

Clean room with comfortable bed, nothing more, we got a good night's sleep. It also had a refrigerator and a microwave.

Water from the shower ran all over the floor even though the shower curtain was inside the tub. No cart to transport baggage, the breakfast was lousy, it would be better not to advertise free breakfast than to present what was offered. Its like insulting your intelligence.

Very kind and helpful staff. The dryer in the guest laundry was not working but Emerson helped us with a solution. Also, in the morning we came late to breakfast (after the posted hours) but the nice lady at the desk kindly gave us a couple of muffins.

One of the doors to the outside did not close properly. The bathtub, although clean, was stained.

The location is right next to the roadrunner train if you decide to use it, easy access to I-25, 550, and 313 for riding, and my bike was not messed with for the week that I was there. Great place to stay when you're in town.

No smoking rooms on the property when the booking was for a smoking room.

Breakfast was the negative aspect of our visit. Very inadequate. Very little to offer. Morning and evening clerk was great. We have stayed here before and he remembered us and was very personable.

Location, friendly staff who gave us a great dinner place recommendation, the bed was comfortable, and the room was quiet. One of the least expensive hotels we stayed at so a very good value.

1st floor - entire hallway reeked the smell of pot. That was the only negative, but it was a big one.

Were actually didnt get breakfast, we just wanted to sleep in a little longer ,being that we finally made it about 1AM, ,but I'm sure we would have enjoyed it.
