On the first night there was a disturbance with a guest in room #133 which required a cop to show up and they conducted an verbal exchange that lasted over 1 hr plus. The conversation was audible from our room #131 and prevented us to fall to sleep and rest after a long journey. I finally opened my room door and saw a bulky police officer leaning on the door frame and talking to whoever was inside. The conversation finally ended after midnight but it was very disruptive. The second night was peaceful and quite. The continental breakfast offers different options and was good and fruits were provided as well. I did forget a bag personal hygiène and contacted the front desk twice regarding their lost and found policy but still got no response before writing this review. I would recommend it despite the early bad episode.

The noisy conversation between a cop and a guest loud enough to disturb our sleep.

I made this reservation through Booking but i made it for the wrong Friday night. Booking was no help in getting it changed but the front desk went above and beyond. The front desk said all the rooms they had for the night were single bed rooms, so she gave us one (that actually smelled as though someone had recently smoked in it). We went to dinner and she called to inform us that a room with two beds had become available. The "new" room had no odor and two very comfortable beds. Thank you Quality Inn Central!

It's an excellent place to go to for comfortable hotel stay!!! It's clean and family oriented!! They upgraded they fitness room and their pool!! They give you breakfast in the morning!!!! It is a wonderful place we been here four times and plan on coming back later on in July for my daughter's birthday!! We love it!!! The staff are very nice!!! They are so patient!!! Very sweet and they make sure it's safe and clean!!!

Clean. Smart updates, so night table, reading light, 2 outlets, 1 USB-A and 1 USB-C receptor on each side of the bed and on the desk. Easy and effective room-darkening shades. Good shower. Shower cap provided. Good value: Many much more expensive motels and hotels have fewer outlets and shower caps only upon request. Friendly and efficient staff, accommodated request for extra pillows. Also, many ethnic restaurants close by. Pho Yum was delicious.

Breakfast. The only “healthy” offering was an apple. Yoghurts all flavored, none plain. Oatmeals all sugary and flavored, none plain. Coffee tasted old/stale.

Location is off the main road, with a Cumberland store nearby (similar to a Seven-Eleven). The Cumberland store was open 24/7, with an ATM and a nice restroom.

Just two frustrating issues. The "dark shade" on the window had a "pull cord" which kept breaking. And I couldn't get the "lobby computer" to work so I could go online.

Facility was nice. Room was clean with plenty of outlets and space. Really appreciated the bathroom lighting. Very bright were as some place I have stayed could bare see myself in the mirror

Initial check in sent me to a room that was already occupied. So had to get another room. Guess they were having computer problems all day

The pool was great! Breakfast was decent and the overall staff were friendly and accommodating.

Twice our key cards deactivated during our stay, but it was a quick, easy fix at the front desk.

The staff was very friendly and inviting. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. I stayed with my daughter and as two women we felt very safe. We didn't take part in the breakfast but I did get a coffee. It looked good for a quick breakfast.

Excellent location, the rooms were always clean and cozy, there is an indoor pool and a small fitness center, the staff was friendly and the breakfasts were light but excellent for the price.

The pool was shut down for maintenance for most of my stay and the on-site mini gym's cardio machines controls were not working at all.so one coulnd't really use them.

The room and lobby seemed recently updated. Very pleasant surprise The room was very clean as was the bathroom.

The pool wasnt clean. But we never planned using the pool.
