We liked the location and the setup of the lodge. The room was spacious enough for a family of five with relatively young children. The room was well equipped and clean (other than my impression of the sofa). We had fun at the pool and the playground was just great. The ladies at the reception were super kind and tried to help us as much as they could with any of our questions and needs.

The reception was repeatedly closed during the time it was supposed to be open and nobody answered the phone number that was on the office door. They did fix our door lock after we were able to communicate the problem. We could not ask for an extension of the check out time because of the same issue. The sofa was smelly (not sure if pets are allowed to sleep on it).

This is the prefect place to go to for e everything you need. The Kitchen was nice size the rooms are perfect and the outside was night to have a deck to relax on at night the pool was amazing it was right there to walk to and they had a nice fire pit and everything for kids to do on the site to this place is in the right spot if you are looking for just to relax and not to crazy with noise. looking to plan for next year

there was only one bad thing and that was the bed it was not comfortable and low to the floor. Other then that I see nothing wrong the rest of the room

The place was clean, workers friendly and outdoor areas kept clean, the views were nice, pool area well maintained. Very close to lake access and village area.

The lights were out at the entry way and sign difficult to see at night. The lights at the entryway to the rooms could be brighter.

The cottages have all a view on the lake, they’re all clean, and WiFi is impressive. Activities are well-maintained, easy accessible, the swimming pool was clean and there is easy access to the beach. The staff is very friendly, gave us good recommendations and is dog-friendly. It’s 10 minutes far both from Lake George Village and Bolton Landing

Well maintained, very clean and across from there private beach. Has lots of activities to do there for everyone like basketball, volleyball, the pools(kiddie pool too), play grounds, sand box, beach, ping pong, games, fire bits, grills, paddle boats.. Very nice family & Very well maintained. Laundry on site. Can't forget pet/kid friendly! Has everything you need in rooms. I enjoyed my stay can't wait to be back. This is my new go to spot for now on if I can give it more stars I would.

There were so many options for activities! It was a great location and the employees were friendly and helpful. It also was super quiet!

The beds are a little uncomfortable. I’m also 8 months pregnant and not much is comfortable these days!

This was our first time staying in a cottage in the woods and this place totally exceeded our expectations! We were in a cottage near the pool and next to the walking trail to the lake. It was remodeled with beautiful wood walls and ceilings in the living room, kitchen, and bathroom which gave it a wonderful cabin feel. The cottage was very clean and spacious and beds were very comfortable. The location to everywhere that we wanted to go was great. My daughter enjoyed the things to do for kids on the property and loved the pool with the view of the lake. The lake water was so clear and clean and we were able to use the complimentary kayaks while staying here. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place. We had an amazing week in Lake George!

The staff provided top-notch service with excellent communication throughout. Every interaction was professional, clear, and genuinely helpful.

Although a blackout disrupted power and water, the team handled it gracefully. The situation wasn’t caused by them, and they did their best to assist.

Perfect for families. So much to do on site. Cabins we're very spacious. Dog friendly. So relaxing. Great location. Beautiful views.

The beds are horrible and uncomfortable we remembered the first night. It was our second stay and everything was amazing except the beds they are truly horrible and uncomfortable. We will be bringing something next time for on top of the mattress. There's nothing worse than sleeping horrible on vacation.
