The location is idea for us because it is situated near most of our favourite stores and restaurants. It is also close to I90 which is the main hwy we use to get downtown to the KeyBank arena to watch the Sabers. The hotel environment is welcoming, and very hospitable. Our room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. We received a complimentary breakfast which offered many options. The lobby offers a variety of entertainment options, along with a gym and a generous sized pool. It is also pet friendly, a service we did not use, but appreciated. Check-in and out was a breeze. The clerk was very friendly and even signed us up for a rewards program that we will be sure to use for further travel.

There is nothing we did not enjoy.

We stayed at Home2 during the first winter storm that happened around Christmas and I can only say THANK YOU to all the staff who remained calm, kind and strong given the “apocalypse” circumstances. After one of the most severe storms in history, there was no way to leave the facility. The staff kept us going with food and hot chocolate being served all day. When the power went off during the blizzard, they happily helped us to access the room and offered to carry our luggage. it was definitely a challenging time that turned into a great experience because of their excellent service. 10/10

The guest service agents were very nice and professional. Made us feel right at home. We booked a 1 bedroom suite, unfortunately it was not ready upon arrival. They did apologize and we understood, however, we were not early - actually arrived about 45 minutes past the hotel check-in time so found that a bit frustrating. When we did get into our room, about an hour later, we liked that it was very spacious and clean.

Our room faced the NYS thruway and found it very hard to sleep due to the constant sounds from the passing traffic. The tractor trailers, buses, and cars were non stop all night long. My fault for not realizing this when I mapped out the property when booking it. Needed to run the AC unit on high the entire night to help drown out the sounds of traffic and still could hear the trucks. Booking an airport area hotel you can expect to hear the planes take off & land so no surprises when we did hear them. Fortunately they do not operate all night. We did not use the indoor pool or the work out facilities but were both clean and adequate. The complimentary breakfast could use a little upgrade.

Very friendly staff. Renee at front desk was exceptional!! Encountered her many days. The staff working the breakfast bar were awesome, always wiping and refilling, very friendly.

Outside sitting areas could be cleaner, along with hallways and elevators need a wipe down.

This hotel had the best free breakfast I've had in a long time. They had actual bagels that weren't stale or basic grocery bagels. They had a pancake machine that kept making little fresh pancakes.

It was a little pricey for one night, but everything was very clean and comfortable.

Staff were all friendly, cleaning of our room was great. The amenities in the room were great full size fridge/microwave/dishes

Bed was uncomfortable (alot!) Pillows were also horrible, ended up getting harder ones from a staff member. The floors were crap, could hear people walking , even the hall floors creaked and were quite loud. Was hard to walk even in the room without feeling like the under floor customers would complain

Patrick & the team were so helpful. They went above & beyond to pick us up with the airport shuttle service, which we greatly appreciated.

I'm a runner & was unable to do my usual workout in the gym as none of the treadmills were working.

All in all I was very pleased with our stay. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. The location was perfect. I would highly recommend staying here,

I wish someone had come in to just freshen up the bathroom and freshen up the room a little. I understand that we are in a different time but it was suggested that I go to the laundry room to ask for additional towels and toilet paper, after being there for 3 days. She was not rude, I just did not feel comfortable doing that and was not going back to my room. I did express this to the her and she said she would have some brought up. which she did, It was just a little strange to me to be told to go to the laundry room.

super clean room. pool was clean and warm. staff was friendly and helpful. check in was easy. great location. spacious room.

no coffee in the room. bad pillows and sheets. breakfast selection could have been better and they ran out of bagels and breakfast sausage by 730 am.

The facilities were great and easily accessible. All the household appliances were available clean and ready to use.

Everything is good. More parking spaces near to the entrance could have added much more to our experience.
