Great out of the way, off the main road, location. Also, great view of the mountains, elevator with glass, available lemon water, adequate ice readily available and stay included available. Nice breakfast choices and clean breakfast area. Easy, friendly check-in and main lobby key in at night for safety. Clean linens and comfortable bed and functioning comfortable office chair for desk.

Coffee maker in room did not work, coffee in breakfast room weak and watery even on bold setting. Poorly paved driveway leading to the hotel itself, as well as, many construction vehicles lining road. Also, dirty rooftop clearly visible from beautiful glass elevator that viewed the beautiful mountains.

The staff was amazing! The maid was exceptional and very helpful and friendly! The front desk staff was also very friendly and did an awesome job! The rooms were great and the breakfast was phenomenal. The price was good also, and it was very simple to make reservations online!

Need warmer blankets in the rooms.

We really enjoyed the breakfast, nice neat and clean. The location was perfect, literally 3 minutes from the Mars Hill campus. I will be staying here again. The front desk staff was very accommodating and we appreciated them. The view was amazing from my window.

Great location for visiting with family that live outside of Asheville! Also appreciate the price which was cheaper than places closer to Asheville. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful when we checked in late on Friday--it was very efficient.

Not a lot to complain about! The AC worked overtime to keep the room cool, but it was still pretty warm even after running for awhile.

Needed thicker curtains in room, because a very bright light was shining into the room disturbing my sleep.

The first thing I appreciated was how quick the check-in was; I checked in a couple hours after I stated my estimated check-in time was, but there was no problem! Just checked us right in, very simple. The room was really clean and set up nicely, the bed and pillows were very comfy. House keeping was very kind as well and helpful. Check-out was also quick and painless!

There wasn't much to complain about, the only thing that I noticed was my friend and I booked through a 3rd party site, so the staff could not do much about combining our rooms, since we already prepaid - which is understandable. The only thing I didn't really like was how early the breakfast ended, but granted I stayed on a Thursday night, so the breakfast was only from 6-9am, so if you're a late riser like me, a local breakfast place will be your answer.

in the bathroom: bathroom sink and toilet were clean but had stains on shower/tub (mildew/mold), stain on the inside of the shower curtain and stains on the inside of the door from dirty hands around the knob (easily could have been cleaned with a wipe or magic eraser.)

we really enjoyed the views we got from our room for such a good price. The staff was always polite and the rooms were very clean. We enjoyed having the breakfast

I wish some of the room views didn’t have a large light pole and dumpster blocking the mountain.

Adequate breakfast, however really good coffee and fresh fruit. Room was clean and comfortable, great location for resting after long day on the road.

The night clerk was amazing. Was by far the fastest I have ever checked in at a hotel. Breakfast was good and loved the room size. The beds were A+.
