I thought the room was very clean and the breakfast was much better than most free breakfast servings at a hotel. Where I was working the location was great.

The mattress was a little softer than I like it, but I know some people like this type of mattress. Still a good mattress, but Hampton Inn mattresses are better for me.

Breakfast had many healthy options and big spread for those who like a more heartier meal. Dining area also very comfy to sit and talk with my large family and reminisce and laugh. Free water always appreciated. Salt water indoor pool was a great bonus (5° hotter would have be better).

Perfect location. Safe area, friendly housekeepers.

The phone table in my room was sticky. I was given cleaning supplies to clean it. One manager was rude when I asked for clean towels and trash to be taken out. It was noon and she told me all housekeepers were gone, even restating after I just told her I saw a cart in the hallway. I didn’t want to knock on the door she was cleaning, as I didn’t want to startle her. My towels were replaced upon my return. All other staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

Great room, really good breakfast, fantastic location. Loved the gym and the pool. They allowed us a late check out as we had an evening flight.

I very much enjoyed my stay here! It was comfortable, very clean, the TV had an option to put my Netflix account on their, the showers were nice and big! I really enjoyed my stay there. I would definitely like to come back for a stay if given the opportunity again!

Very minor inconvenience, but the window shades still let in a lot of light at the bottom so it didn't get as dark in the room.

Breakfast was great. A lot of different choices. The location was in an absolutely beautiful mountain setting. Very comfortable spacious rooms.

I can't think of anything. It was excellent and very enjoyable.

Easy check in and check out - was a newer place and rooms were very nice. Breakfast was better than the average hotel breakfast and was well stocked. We did not get a chance to use the pool, we wished there would have been a hot tub.

All the employees for our stay that we encountered were exceptional and made sure our stay was great. We were there for a funeral for our cousin/nephew. It was nice not to have worry about anything during our stay.

The bed could have been a little more comfortable but all in all it was good.
