This is by far the best hotel we have ever stayed at. The person who checked us in was very nice and easy to talk to. The hotel lobby was super clean and very modern. Our room was very clean and comfortable. I love the fact that we can adjust the air conditioning to our liking. Breakfast was great. The people managing the buffet were on top of everything. Darrell was very diligent with wiping down tables and chairs as soon as people left the area.

The only thing I can say "bad" about this facility is the use of the pool area. There were a few teenage boys in the area and they were messing around with the pool ring that you throw in if someone is drowning. I am sure there are cameras in the pool area. My husband and 12 year old son only stayed in the pool for about 5 minutes since the boys were very rowdy.

LOCATION AND CLEAN FACILITY BREAKFAST WAS GOOD.

I BOOKED AND PAID FOR A ROOM FOR 5 PEOPLE. 3 ADULTS AND 2 - 16 YEARS OLD GIRLS. I GOT A ROOM WITH 2 DOUBLE BEDS. I LEFT A DAY EARLY. THEY DID BRING IN A ROLE AWAY BED. SINCE IT WAS BOOKED THRU BOOKING.COM AND NOT DIRECT THEY COULDN'T OR WOULDN'T GIVE ME A DISCOUNT.

The breakfast was good. The location was excellent! It was across the street from a shopping outlet, it was close to several restaurants, and not too far from the Biltmore Estate.

I had to move rooms because of a leak somewhere on the premises and maintenance needed to get into the closet to get to pipes, but it wasn’t too much of an issue. They were very nice.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Facilities were very clean, and smoke-free. Someone on the floor was smoking pot and it was leaking into the hall, but not sure staff can control that in the middle of the night.

Maybe a few more choices for breakfast, but it was more than adequate for us.

The breakfast was good, could have used another meat of some sort and the egg and cheese omelet was a little cold, however the rest of the breakfast was good. The variety of toppings for the waffles was great.

The heat being on in the room and turned up when we arrived made it harder to cool the room off.

Extremely clean room, which I mentioned to housekeeping personally. Very sweet check-in people...& let us stay an extra hour beyond check out time...which was so kind, was expecting a business call & a well rounded breakfast. Hampton's always do a terrific spread for breakfast! Well done! ;-)

The hotel looked almost recently built. The room was clean and had a small refrigerator and microwave. It’s also across from the Tanger Outlets.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like. I was;however, surprised by how quickly the parking lot filled up at night.

This was our first stop on a honeymoon experience. We had hoped for a quiet, clean venue. Wow! This motel far exceeded our expectations. The facility, staff, breakfast and all other aspects were simply super. If and when we pass this way again, we will certainly stay here. Thanks, team, for a great experience. WCG

Spotlessly clean. Extremely quiet. The staff was very kind. The whole experience felt more like what I would expect from a 4-star property! We would definitely return. We came to visit after attending a concert at Harrah’s.

Parking was a little full when we returned at midnight but we still found a spot

Water in the lobby with fresh cucumber and lemon was very welcoming.

Guy behind the counter who did not work there. He had long red hair and painted fingernails and makeup but he was dressed like a guy and was chatting it up with the workers and people walking in.
