Location was perfect for our needs. Very clean room. Mostly quiet-some issues one night with cars in lot but otherwise very quiet. Plenty of space in the room. Very comfortable for us and not cramped at all. Included a sofa and a table and chairs which I loved for such a long stay so we didn't have to be so uncomfortable. For an emergency last minute booking it was way better than I expected. The staff was amazing and they did offer coffee in the lobby. I loved the vinyl floors-hate carpet in hotel rooms. Paid washer and dryer on site along with vending machines for detergent and softener was nice if needed. Room AC was cold and bed was firm but comfortable. Check in was a breeze. They actually came in and replaced towels and cleaned the room daily during our five day stay. Would surely stay here again with better planning on my part and a few amenities being offered for the rate.

No coffee maker in the room. Lots of money for absolutely no amenities at all-no pool, no breakfast, no in room coffee. I would not have booked the room if I had time to plan the stay just because of that. Honestly, it would have been a shame too because they hit it out of the park with everything else. Shower head leaked a little in the bathroom and there was no non slip strips in tub or grab bars for us older folks. The bedspreads had cigarette holes in them but they were very clean. Relatively minor complaints/inconviences when you consider it felt very comfortable, clean, and safe and I enjoyed my quiet time there and I would stay again if I found myself in need. It would go to the top of my booking list for that area with just a few amenities.

Close to where we were visiting. Easy access off of the highway. The handicapped accessible room was spacious.

Handicapped shower did not have a handheld sprayer. The shower chair was not adjustable, so it was too low to get up easily, we covered the seat with a towel as the hardware was making its way up through the seat. The shower curtain was not long enough to prevent water from spilling out onto the floor. The shampoo/conditioner packets were difficult to open. I have to use my own scissors, which, thankfully, I had.

Affordable hotel conveniently located just off the interstate. Very clean - sparse furnishings which I prefer. No carpeting (usually nasty). Just a little loud early in the morning due to a number of workers who are leaving for there work site.

Easy stop for an overnight. Ample parking, close to walk to Cracker Barrel or Bob Evans for a meal. Just off the interstate, but minimal road noise. Pet friendly with large grassy area. Good price for simple accommodations. Room was good, clean, bed was a little firmer than I prefer but comfortable. Quick and easy check in. Felt secure.

Lack of Outlets in good places. Outlets near bed were part of light overhead making it difficult to charge devices. Outlets along desk would have been nice and helpful.

After being offered a 2nd floor room and explaining I had a heavy bag the girl was able to move me to another room on the 1st floor. The room I ended up in was nice with a couch and refrigerator. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was good. The motel is newly renovated so smells clean and the rooms were clean too.

There is no lift/elevator to the 2nd floor. The first room I was given had no couch or fridge. Luckily the girl changed my room for me. In the room the lights are not centred over the bed and they are too high to reach to turn off from within the bed. There is no power at the bed to charge your phone. I found an outlet behind the couch that I used. The fridge is not built into the cabinetry and is more an after thought. There was damage to the bath, a permanent mark on the vanity and the toilet seat was broken - perhaps these were overlooked in the reno? As well the air-conditioner was pretty noisy. None of these except the toilet seat and no lift affected my comfort. Just things to get right in the future.

The hotel was very convenient for the events I was attending. First time I ever had a hotel room with a hardwood floor. The mattress could have been softer...

The mattress was quite a bit firmer than I'm used to.

The room was very clean but did have a cigarette smell in the bathroom. I suggest you have the option of smoke rooms. Or a indoor smoke area.

No coffee available to the guests. Or the ability to let guests get instant packets.

The rooms were great, very clean and comfortable! They had the towels, soap and shampoo and conditioner. For the morning they had coffee, the staff was very friendly.

Nothing they had everything we needed.

The bed felt like you were sleeping on plywood. There was a small stitch throughout the first floor.

Clean room, good location. I had a 2nd floor corner room. Could see the interstate. Room is big and spacious. Staff was friendly and when I asked for anything they helped, no problem. Shower was clean as was the bed. It's a good value for a place to sleep. We stayed 5 nights And next year we'll be back. It's with in walked distance of Cracker Barrel and Bob Evans.

Needs more selections on the tv. Doors are a bit loud when they shut.
